If the project (a game in this case) says "1.0 or 1.x" its finished but if its said "0.x" its NOT finished so its early access. So they indeed have stated that this is early access in the title :D . The only thing i lack in an open world RPG's OF ALL KINDS is ability to customize character SO MUCH that you can create anything you desire. Something like Minecraft lets u make anything u desire but this one being a REALLY DEEP character customization.
Well open world and rpg is a distant elements for now. There is TES series and Fallout which has a deep character customization as well. Pillars of Eternity II and Divinity series both have much deeper character customization that put this game to shame, that if you consider them as open world.
PoE and Divinity havent tried due to PC being not good enough for these. TES and Fallout tho remind me of that meme with a dog walking the empty wastelands looking for items for himself while barking&drooling. I am lurking in macro communities,PEOPLE USE AUTOMATISING MACRO's TO EXPLORE THESE GAMES.
