10/10 the guy is a Fallout fan—vapid, reptitive 'gameplay' is probably all he can stomach. A challenging game with any hint of depth? Not his cup of tea.
For unknown reasons my Steelseries Controller won't register in the game, and I can't use it, the drawing with the mouse controls is really bad, can anyone help?
I'l be 100% honest with you, this game functions much better on a system with a touch screen. Sure you CAN play it on PC and use the mouse or a jouystick to make the unite ability designs but it just works better on a touch screen
This is not true. A gamepad is a much more practical tool to play the game than a touch screen; there is a reason most speedrunners use the former, not the latter. Just think of the inputs like fighting game inputs and use the stick.
That's really not true. You get much more accuracy and practicality with a touch screen rather than a controller. Speedruns use a controller because a controller is FASTER, not more accurate
The touch screen has a much steeper learning curve, and is counter intuitive if you're used to playing this type of action games. You could've said 'to each their own' and I would've agreed, but you trying to frame the gamepad as an inferior way to play the game is only based on your personal preference, not facts.
I found the touch pad to be a much harder way to play the game, and I prefer the controller. This is not what a fact is, and you sound like a five year-old struggling to comprehend that others prefer to do things differently.
I really wanna like this game, but can't. this is one of those games where control is EVERYTHING. it's a hack and slash game for the most part, but yeah, problem is the PC port. I can't tell for a split second if my attack is gonna hit, and timing is very important here. same with dodging. and screw the drawing a line/circle crap. that isn't gonna work here. I'm on stage 2 and I got a glitch(?) where I drew a line and got a wing on my back. I can't tell if I'm doing something wrong, I drew something wrong, or if that's a glitch. and since I'm dropping this very early, I can't tell if the story is crap, some generic kids hero story or what. no comment on this. one last thing: you're stuck on 60fps.
I have the same problem I went through a lot of this game But I have a problem with the drawing I even tried a wired and non-wired mouse But to no avail
This game is awesome! Music, gameplay, storytelling, personality, I know it was supposed to be a Nintendo super game originally but even if they couldn't get the characters all that Platinum love is there. Off to unlock all those secret characters!
It's not a bad comparison honestly. The game was directed by Hideki Kamiya and produced by Atsushi Inaba; the pair also worked together on the Viewtiful Joe series and Ōkami.
It's...an interesting game. Sadly it works much better on a system with a touch screen, doing the unite form attacks with a controller or keyboard is kind of weird
I went through a lot of this game
