This probaly was made by a couple of friends, who enjoy writing and drawing, on their spare time, to earn a few bucks while showing what they accomplished to a very small fanbase. What really is made for milking people are free to play games, loot boxes selling, competitive games, MMOs, and the like, bad ports of retro games, and many other examples, but not something like this (that doens't even have porn).
