So it's a Wonder Boy in Monster Land kind of game with bad singing, that you can deactivate at least. Especially the big snakes remind me of Wonder Boy.
Played the video with the bad singing for a few secs and my wife turned around, asking WTF this bad singing is. xD

To people who wonder : yes, you can disable the singing while playing.
I did and it's one of my favorite platformers made in the past 10 years. 😍
