I installed the game, after launch it only gives the loading screen and than crashes. (just shuts down), tried multiple compability modes, none worked.
Did you download an exe file? When opening the exe, did you get a rar file, or am I missing something? If the above is true, you downloaded an ad, make sure you get the correct file.
Starting the autostart.exe and pressing play just does nothing. Using the setup just says "An installation support file could not be installed. Catastrophic Faliure" (lol that error name)
Hi, idk if the game is right (by looking at the comments) but before i download it i want to know if its already fixed the bug of ¨never growing up¨ (some bug that didnt allow you to have childrens) in this page.
So i download all parts, mount it, go to the installer and install it and use the mounts for when the message "please insert disc 2" shows up. However when thats all finished i try to run it and nothing happens, even when i try and run it as an admin
Hi! Help! What files should I copy to crack it? Which CD will I used to mount? I made it worked sadly Im having some problem with the save. It sometimes crashes then I cant load my save. Anyone can help?
I got the problem as photo during installation. the error is talking about failure on file name, category name or drive tag language. How can I fix it. My computer is Win 7.
fyi for those who keep getting the insert correct disk and cant find the crack, the disks that have the .mdf at the end are the install disks, the ones that have the .mds at the end are the cracked disk all you need to do after installing and everything else is to mount disk one.mds, same thing for BOTG expansion
i downloaded it installed it but every time i try to start it there comes the message to give it the administrator rights i click ok but then there doesnt happen anything the game doesnt want to start (I have windows 10)
Yea disc 4 doesnt like to be opened and says that it is encrypted still even though I input the password from above to open the file The error message is : C:\Users\Name\Desktop\IGG-Black.and.White.2.part4.rar: Checksum error in the encrypted file IGG-Black.and.White.2\BW2_DISC4.mdf. Corrupt file or wrong password. What should I do?
yep and put in the new exes, however it seems to fix when i move around for a bit? no idea but new problem xD game crashes every now and then with message "core application has stopped working" or something like that
Run game as administrator with Windows 98 compatibility and reduced 16bit color mode. Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 98 / Windows Me compatibility -reduced color mode: 16-bit (65536) color -run this game as administrator
^This worked for me, I'm using Window 10. I had the same patches of texture overlaying on top of other textures. I'd also like to point out that for some reason I could not merely drop the Fixed EXE files into the game files because it just kept trying to make a shortcut to the Fixed EXE's, so I had to copy over all the games files to the file the Fixed EXE's is in to get it going. When I did what the guy said above me, the texture overlay's fixed themselves, and the game's FPS rate ran a lot better. The only downside is the sound is now choppy, mostly when someone is talking, but that's not much of a nuisance at all.
Shit Looks like Win 10 Cant play that game -.- for Win 7 , 8.1 Open Search option write Cmd and write in the Console sc start secdrv . that should let you play that game
I've got it working on my machine (win7). I've got an install tip for weirdos like me, and a fix for those of you who are having trouble launching. First, you can avoid the multi-mounting hassle during install if you have an extractor program than can handle the .mdf format (IZarc can, not that I can recommend it as a go-to program, even now that it's adware-free). Just extract all the images into folders all in the same folder, named as the files named ("DISK#", with # being the number, of course. BotG doesn't matter.). The installer actually looked for all the data file in the right places. My guess is that it's something left in place from when they were testing the game installer, but it's handy to know. Obviously, run the installer on disk 1 first, then BotG. For those of you who try to run the game (or BotG), and have nothing happen, there's a fix: rename the executable. Both the main game and BotG. Just throw an extra letter in there or something. Yes, it's that simple. Oh, and doing this will break the auto generated desktop shortcut, so make a new one if you plan to use it. If you just tried to run it, open the task manager and kill the hung process first. This issue only hits some people because it only happens when Windows' game manager recognizes a game executable (by name, in this case), and then tries to download something. If you don't have an internet connection, or your firewall blocks it, it retries forever. Renaming the executable keeps Windows from realizing what program it is in this case, so it doesn't force its own built-in crapware to run first. Supposedly there's a more general fix that involves renaming system files, but you don't need to go so far for this game.
Not broken! HOW TO INSTALL! Get PowerISO, or any ISO tool that supports mounting MDF files. If you have not restarted your PC after installing PowerISO, please do so! It will refuse to mount anything if you don't. PART 2,3,4 ARE NOT REQUIRED. PART 1 IS ALL YOU NEED! USE THE GOOGLE DRIVE LINK! Unzip Part 1 somewhere and open the folder contained within the RAR. Right click BW2_DISC1.MDF, hover over PowerISO, set number of drives, and select whatever number of virtual drives you want (select 1 for simplicity), then go back to PowerISO and select "Open with PowerISO." Run Setup.exe and wait. There will be a white screen with an install progress bar. Do not panic! Just Alt+Tab to another window and do some stuff while you wait for it to finish. Check up on it from time to time! Once it's about a fourth of the way there, it will ask you to insert Disk 2. Just mount it with PowerISO, check what disk letter you've mounted it on (for example, if on My Computer there's a yellow CD icon next to drive F with the file name next to it, I've mounted it on Drive F), and go back to the window where it's asking you to insert Disk 2. Remove whatever path is there and put the disk letter there with a colon, for example F: Just click okay and you should be set. Do the same thing for Disk 3 and Disk 4. After that, mount Disk 1 and play the game. Done!
i cant start the setup if i want to start it directly from poweriso and if i extract it i cant open the other ones in the installmenu it says i need a path with c:/apps
Pretty sure that's what everybody is doing, and it still isn't working. It installs fine, but when it comes to starting the game, a copyright protection program kicks in and stops it from running.
could anyone help i did all parts and installed all 4 cd things but when i wanna start the game itself there is an error please put the right disk in ? any fixes ? were nice :)
even with the mdf + mds cd mounted, it won't play. running using administrator privileges, and I tried running arun.exe and it launches the starter. I hit "play" and it just exits the program. The game itself doesn't launch. If I try to start from the shortcut on desktop, nothing happens either. How do I start it? (Running on Windows 8.1 with DT Pro)
Time to commit some war crimes
edit: ad what do i do with the patches?
When opening the exe, did you get a rar file, or am I missing something?

I made it worked sadly Im having some problem with the save. It sometimes crashes then I cant load my save. Anyone can help?
