you have to drag the vrex folder into setup and say yes then check the 2 boxes on the vrex setup then press instal and let it do its thing then there you go
Little update on my experience: Betty Lake is quite enjoyable once you get a high durability cast rod, reel, high strength line and a big hook, but in other maps I often find myself struggle to even catch a fish except Greenland... so far I've only managed to catch a 45KG Baikal Sturgeon in Baikal Lake but that's about it. Still, it's crazy how massive this tiny fish is... heavier than a young girl.
