I just downloaded 112 Operator and mounted the disc image. I do not have a setup file and not sure how to proceed with what I have currently. May I please have help when anyone has time. Thankyou!

I just downloaded and this version is v.0.201230.55w-cb so the crack and the 200501.3312 are old updates so just download from the list and thats it! done i did and game works great!
The newest version i dont think it's on here the newest version is- 0.210125.61w-cb A major spring update just came out on april 9th for this game here are the details of that upgrade-https://store.steampowered.com/app/1300851/112_Operator__Facilities/ So i guess we have to keep an eye out for a new update for this game
just install the first thing,worked for me even with update but now i did fresh install and worked only the original part,without the update(which say for me version mismatch,which at first it worked for 2 or 3 days i think,but after that i saw sudden crash),also work without the crack fix for me.

Actually the last part is true. I have seen an admin say this is how they get the games either bought by them or gifted by someone. So its not bullshit...

I can deal with those, but the dev actually calls you at one point and that is too weird for me lol. I tried the last one before I bought it, I just wanted to see if this one was worth buying too. For me that is hard to gauge with the nonstop guilt trips lol. I'll probably wait for a deep sale.
