To be honest not so sure. I'm currently in the process of downloading the r4 version made by screwthisnoise just to be sure that I don't have to download anything later. It says its all compiled there and up to date(30+ gb). Maybe HF version is shorter or something?

hf patch version need to be repacked into .exe file and run it in our pc to install but R version you just have to paste all the content into your AI Shoujo installation folder, they also frequently update and immediately release it. For me I prefer using R version instead HF one

Absolutely fantastic character creator that is made even better with mods. But if you want to do anything other than that, be prepared to search for a 100% main game save file, or work your ass off to get your waifu to listen to a single damn word you say. I think in the JP version of this game there's a studio mode that should let you ignore all that nonsense, but we didn't apparently get that here.

theres an aplication in your install folder for the launcher. using that lets you change certain settings befor you start the game. one of the settings is language.

Right bellow the download links is the system specs for this game. Look at what you have and the minimum requisites and ask yourself if your PC can handle it. The minimum specs asks for 4GB RAM. Do you meet those standards? No. And Core2Due Processors are extremely old and weak by today's standards, they are even worse than the weakest i3 models released back in 2015. So, can your PC run this game? No. Plus, I remember playing this game (probably a beta version) before it hit Steam and it was kind of laggy and system intensive. I don't have a NASA computer but it ain't a potato either. I'm guessing this game is poorly optimized, which means it is probably a bit more demanding than what the specs say.
This game requires DX11, and none of the GPUs that came with core2duo laptops supported DX11. Also you'd be lucky if you got to the menu, even if your igpu supported DX11
this game is completely buggy for some reason. after meeting the shop owner the girl wanders off screen, disappears and never comes back which prevents me from doing the mission to raise her exp. during sex scenes with the r18+ patch from the main game site i cant chose any positions or change locations at all. when going through doors (like the ones on houses you build) i get a blue screen like loading that doesnt go away. even opening the phone doesnt help and loading the auto save after closing the game puts the blue screen right back up. would be great if there was a fix for these bugs but as it stands now the game is unplayable.

Your first AI girl was the one whom you chose and the game startup, aka the one who woke you up from the shore. . You can look at the map to see where are your girls. Although, there's really a bug where some/all of your girls disappear but the map show where they are. But it seems you already found the fix. I've also experienced that thing, by girl disappeared in front of my while she was sleeping. But the map shows she was still there.
There is a Uncensored patch on the official illusion site, Download it from there, It at least worked for me,tho its not completely uncensored,its got Mosaic censoreship on lower parts,still does the work
It's not really Uncensored patch, more like unlock the sex option patch. You can get over the censorship with mods. Mods which are basically included on RePacks.

Since we are talking about ILLUSION. A game dev company known for their good yet buggy and un-optimized AV games. Yes, this is somehow stable but still buggy.
I got the game before it release on steam, it was broken after update with everything around me turn to giant fog of war and the more girl on island the harder of the game lag if you can not play Dying Light with 60 fps dont expect this one
