Give this game a chance, stay with it at least after mission 2. It may seem "boring" at the beginning, because the animation of unit is "slow walking", not "exciting hopping" as in Kingdom Rush. It is meant to be slow because this is a MINI game with mini maps. If you try to compare this game with "They are billions"; it's just not fair.
This plays like a 99 cent android game. Has the graphics of one too. It's literally 170 mb lol. And beating it completely takes like 2-3 hours. Even if your expectations are super low it still won't meet them. Total waste of time.
The last sentence is actually a compliment 'cause, it's a mini game, it's meant to waste your time right? ^^ Just kidding. As I see, this game is quite controversial, ~%50 people like it. I like it too, I don't recommend it but I like it.
You can lower the settings and make They Are Billions a pretty casual experience. And if that's still too much for you, maybe you should ditch strategy games and go play minecraft.
