steamWorkshop downloader can finally download maps for this game and C:\Users\user\AppData\LocalLow\South East Games\Paint The Town Red\CreatedLevels is where the maps are placed ( I think ). If anybody can figure out a way to actually activate these maps instead the game it will be most appreciated.
dang it, I downloaded this game from another website with multi and I was hoping to find out how to use workshop maps and play multi. I figured out the first part but I didn't know how to actually play them with my friend. Realizing that the only way this can happen is level editor sucks.

download smartsteamemu and place the files/folders in smartsteamemu folder to your paint the town red and delete steam api files and open up smartsteamemu.ini and change the appid to the game appid and change the exe file and the destination of the game and finally change your name and open the game with smartsteamemu.exe host a game press shift+tap and invite your sister or she can join your game manually from the game ENJOY :D

You really are braindead. If you actually noticed, this will NEVER work since Paint The Town Red has a content filter on its workshop, so it will return the error message "This game does not allow downloading of its workshop content" gtfo spammer

How does one download workshop maps? Steamdownloader dosent work and steam itself blocks the downloads. If anyone could be so kind to make a 3rd party service which allows downloads, that would be great. This is the location for user-created levels, so ill assume they get saved here C:\Users\user\AppData\LocalLow\South East Games\Paint The Town Red\CreatedLevels
i have no interest in co-op. but is there a way to download maps to this? maybe there is a custom-maps floder in this that we can put map folders into it? i really hope so

RMB on "Launcher.exe" - Properties - Compatibility - "Run as Admin" = should fix it... also you can try different "compatibility-modes"... man i always see one or two people in the comments complaining about things like you, things that are so easy to solve with just the basics of "getting games work" in my opinion if you dont know them, you shouldnt even download games!
Yeah, plus, laptops (such as mine) are 32-bit only. So we HAVE to have 32-bit if we wanna play. Almost half of the population of people who have computers/laptops use 32-bit systems. I'm not kidding. IGG Games has only treated half the computer population (My Guess)!

You're complaining on IGG's site; he can do nothing to help you, this is the developer's fault not his. Honestly though, I think you should just get 64 bit, 32 is not all that good for gaming
Let's compare Paint The Town Red with AC Black Flag : 1. AC has 10000x bigger map and open space 2. Way more detailed graphics and effects 3. higher specs to be able to run it than this game , so yet I still get 30 FPS on AC black flag meaning I will have even more on this game cause has lower graphics...EASY it's all about compatibility, they can make game work for 32 bit or can make it work only for 64 bit, that doesn't mean we can't run the game, that means they're lazy to make the game compatible with 32bit , but the thing here is that they're lazy to MAKE A CRACK for 32bit wich is bullshet
I'm having trouble here. Everytime I try to open the game after downloading it, it gives me an error, and I try to extract it, I get a pop-up saying, "Uncompatable", (I use Windows 10) And it won't start. So yeah, Maybe 32 bit version? We need 32 bit version, otherwise, there's gonna be a riot. Or a Police calling.
