I believe the different is that the animated CG on the after stories will be available in the newer version, which is unavailable in this version. Not so sure, since yeah the Steam version doesn't really provide any info.

Nah, in my experiences requesting games, igg doesn't get games from just 'one site' (i forgot what it is), and the rest is good, i don't know, maybe my reply is helping
Not only this, the characters don't show up at the same time and the only interaction I can do with my mouse is getting the next set of dialogue. I can only change settings, save, etc. by using my keyboard. Somebody pls help me ;-;

I'm having a similar issue. I was able to get Oki, Rald, and Remi's side story or red heart scenes until the cg (I've only tried 4 so far) but on the fourth one, Kovit, The scene wouldn't trigger at all I would date him and it would turn the heart red after the date but the cg event wouldn't trigger. I thought I said something wrong and reset his heart meter but to no avail. And just like you too, the after story doesn't work either. Oki and Okan for me works fine until the end but for the main four it would cause an error after the cg not allowing me to see the ending dialogue and final cg. It was sad :((
I've managed to play all the routes and the routes in the game are all working fine. The only thing that is not working is the after story which is basically the epilogue to all the routes you play in the normal game. The after story is not working because as GamesLover556 says there are missing animated CGs files. I don't know if it is for everyone but for me Lenga's, Oki's, and Okan's after stories work as the dialogue continues all the way until the end. But Rald's, Kovit's, Sota's, and Remi's after stories don't work. When I play the main four character after stories you will get "an exception has occurred" and it tells you that in the game code when it tries to run the script, the animated cg could not be found. For example: "Couldn't find file 'image/animated/rald/1.webm'." Because of this I would assume that everything should be working fine except for some of this after stories due to the missing animated CG files.
Well, unfortunately I haven't find any error as far as I'm playing other than the side story. I finished Remi route and doing Rald's, so until I start Kovit's route I can't help you, sorry. I know the CGs file are all there, except the animated ones which is for the side story. So there shouldn't be anything wrong for each route. Idk, but I'll let you know if I come across anything.

There seems to be a couple bugs within the game, inlcuding the second sex scene in Kovit's afterstory. Just wanted to ask if others have exprienced the same problem.

A a general loose rule, IGG does not fix dead links if there's at least one (1) link working, in this case Mega. But that was a long ago.
