ehhh might as well give it a review: it very much reminds me of noratoto (https://vndb.org/v18148) in that the plot is all over the place, comedy is all over the place, except I can't even laugh at anything here. expect a really, REALLY convoluted ride without any form or reason. if you're the type who liked noratoto for its ridiculous bantering all over the place, then yes this is for you. otherwise I recommend skipping this. heck even the game's engine reminds me so much of noratoto.

Any version of win7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 are supported. Support is support, specially security patches which are not the only type of patches they are releasing (though they dont have any obligation to release anything but security ones), no matter what your argument is a fact is a fact. Your arguments falls flat.
dude, you said "Windows 7 is no longer receiving support from Microsoft" which is incorrect, stop trying to backpedaling now, win 7 still has official support from microsoft, and will continue to have until many years on IF YOU PAY FOR IT (I have that support). What does "game companies are targeting workstations" has to do with anything? You were wrong then and you are still wrong now.
That's not true at all, win 7 still has official support and officials security updates from microsoft and will continue to have them until 2023 (even ends of 2024 but only for 1 special version of win 7), you just need to pay for it, each month microsoft will release a monthly roll-out update and a security update also. this month's update: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4537820/windows-7-update-kb4537820
game plays perfectly fine on win7 and I'm willing to bet that it also runs perfectly fine on win vista too, they can't say win7 because of support issues, if you have an issue and you are using win 7 then you are on your own. (basically they dont want to deal with issues regarding win7)
