Do you realize that's literally saying you dislike every Bandai fight game, since they're all the same in gameplay (rarely Bandai puts new mechanics in their fighting games)
Downloaded it, installed it, played it. The game looks good, like it. I thought the gameplay would be like another fighting game. But it has a MAP to go around. The controller though, its not meant for keyboard nor mouse game. Better use a joystick for better gaming experience.
Please help me on my hero setting skills to working [is will working on online or offline?] If I click Esc it will bounce off the game What is it? Please tell me what happened
Dude, the reason why the game is like this is because if you only play as Saitama, then you would just one-shot everything. Do you even know what is One Punch Man?
I have a problem, i've installed the game but when i launched it, windows send me an error like "MFPlat.dll is not found". I tried to install this file, then i launch it again and the error is "This application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)". I don't know what is the problem, someone could help me ?
same bro I copied the CODEX files into the install directory but still get this message. says it can't find MFPlat.dll nor MFReadWrite.dll and I can't either lol
I am a one of Fans of this Anime, OPM, Saitama. This is really a side story of The Original Saitama, we could Create our own Hero. Start from C Class and then the RPG continue... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CL-LaYrTcCo
So I downloaded the game (from this site) and I found this little problem: to look around in town the set keys are numpad8 (up), numpad 2 (down), numpad 4 (left), numpad6 (right) There's no option in game to change this crappy configuration, so I wonder if there is a patch that allows me to use the mouse or maybe I have to edit the config.ini file to add the mouse coordinates. Is there anyone with this problem?
he doesn't in the anime he was in space for a few seconds and didn't even realize it until a few seconds later prior to that he was breathing just fine and just decide to hold his breath this scene also shows saitama ain't an idiot since he calculates how much strength he needs to use to get back to earth without destroying the moon the creator ONE even said he found it funny that if the moon didn't catch saitama he would fart his way back an obvious joke but reasonable within his abilities
Not as faithfull to the original,Saitama does not oneshot others. You just slapped the textures and OPM logo on to really crappy mechanics in a fighting game like western trash did in the 80's just to get a cash grabber. GUYS: AVOID THAT. Franchises with good ideas done really well deserve better... So treat em like that. I avoid saying specifically if something is crappy, just like SJW's do but WHEN SOMETHING REALLY IS CRAPPY I CANT LIE AND I JUST SAY IT. If you need, then re-write the code from the base just to get good product.
i assume you saw "dream" saitama. which is saitama in his pyjamas who plays like a regular character so youre able to play as saitama. theres also "normal" saitama who does 1shot everyone. and if i remember correctly, theres also a setting to make "normal" saitama turn into "dream" saitama and not 1shot ppl. but by default the "normal" saitama does 1shot.
Maybe you should, oh i don't know, actually PLAY the game yourself? Cause if you did, you'd know that Saitama does, in fact, kill everyone with a single hit, can't be knocked back or staggered or even stunned and no matter what you do, you do very little damage to him
Not sure if you're referring to me or to the person i was replying to. If you were referring to the person i was replying to and wanted me to read their comment on that game page i tried to but too much instant cringe. If you were referring to me and wanted to link me to that game for some reason thanks but those kinds of games bored the living fuck out of me almost instantly
Before i use my limited 60gb transfer to download this game i first have to know if its worth it and i will enjoy it. Like i enjoyed omega labyrinth life(though my graphic card was crashing when i played it,but besides that it was good) and bullet girls phantasia.
Let's wage what is more important to me. You countering feminazis(4,7 wage) is a plus but trashing my favourite anime deserves a downvote(7,9 wage). See? You made me disgusted in avengers endgame now! OPM is much better than avengers endgame because it doesnt really treat itself seriously with the background light comedy going on where in avengers have dark serious wind blowing over it alongside skull on top of it(yes,it's a metaphore).
upvote because you say OPM isn't serious, and that's the reason why i don't like it note: i like comedies, and they are not mutually exclusive, but this one is a comedy and it's not serious, therefore, no like
the game is really poorly made and awful. its basically a button masher. no joke. theres no "dodge" mechanic like in the naruto games, the first person to get their combo in wins. blocking is also pointless as you can just press and hold triangle mid combo to break the guard which makes sure you'll get a special move in. every time you hit osmeone, they fall to the ground. no matter what you press you stay on the ground for up to 3 seconds (depending on how hard you got hit) its a time where both players cant do anything. doing combos is pretty much impossible, every normal square or triangle move sends the enemy flying and using special moves to combo moves together isnt able unless its a move that has a super long range. honestly the game is super boring i played it for 3 hours and then went back to the newest naruto. dont get it its not worth it.
"theres no "dodge" mechanic like in the naruto games" Except there is "the first person to get their combo in wins." Except that's not true and you can perfect dodge even in the middle of an opponent's combo and they will do the same to you "doing combos is pretty much impossible" Except it's very much possible "every normal square or triangle move sends the enemy flying" This is just a straight up lie right here "using special moves to combo moves together isnt able" Again, straight up lie I get not liking a game but trashing a game because you suck at it and couldn't learn it's mechanics is just idiotic
sorry to tell you but looking at all the reviews the game got so far, ppl seem to agree more with me than they do with you. the only thing i didnt see anyone mention is the dodge mechanic. apparently it is possible during combos? never saw the level 5 cpu (the max level i was able to select) do it, but i guess its possible?
It's not only possible, it's incredibly easy to pull off at any time. Also who even reads reviews these days? You do know that reviewers(Well most of them, the more well known at least) don't finish games before reviewing them right? They play for like an hour and feel that's enough to make a review
"...doing combos is pretty much impossible,.." "...the first person to get their combo in wins..." I just wanted to highlight those 2 quotes from your non edited yet oppinion about this game, thank you and have a nice day.
Not sure if this is the first One Punch Man game released, I was hyped as an anime fan but really..man..this game is a bummer. The least they could replicate is like My Hero One's Justice.
Am I the only one going through crazy lag to the point my laptop freezes after every battle? Unless they come with a patch or something, I can't really play this if that is what I gotta go through every time. It seem the story only ends at season 1. It is only 6 gb after all.
Funny, I'm playing DBZ:Kakarot with no lag whatsoever yet that game is over 30gb so maybe it's not my rig, I don't know. No disrespect to you but people just saying their pc is not going through any problems is not really a helpful response so like they say, if it doesn't apply to you then don't mind it honestly.
Just like the people asking a patch that fixes lag assuming the issue is with the game itself and not their machines when lag isn't even an issue with the game itself aren't being very helpful at all now are they? Think about your first comment before you start complaining about mine. You make dumb comments, you get equally dumb replies
I think you are just upset because you didn't like how I responded to your earlier comment. You say I make dumb comments yet you provided no helpful assistance whatsoever. So unless you are actually going to try to give helpful advice, just don't say anything at all. No need to get in your feelings.
Except i already did. Considering the fact that YOU are the ONLY person complaining about lag with this game it stands to reason that the issue lies in YOUR machine, NOT the game itself. Now if you can't accept that, well that's your problem not mine
Since I'm the only one complaining, I'm guessing they fix the issue because I haven't played the game since then since you are assuming I'm still playing it. But I guess all this is pointless because I never planned on playing it again due to the game only ending at the first season. I just got into watch dog 2 so I'll stick to playing that, smooth gameplay btw. Have a nice day.
I doubt Kenshiro's Hokuto Shinken attacks would work. This is an Esper, who tried to rip his chi/ki apart using her psychic powers and he resisted it without even putting any effort.
When I press start game ask me to create new save data I click create new save data and then I click again start game and again it says do you want to create new save data help
The install directory bro, The place where u installed the game, If u didn't browse during installation then its probably by default in Drive:C/programfiles86/(game name:OnePunchMan or something )

Here is the game testing video of One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows PC on Laptop, ASUS X455LJ, with Core i3 5005U, Nvidia GeForce GT 920M 2GB VRAM and 8GB of RAM DDR3L: https://youtu.be/LIpXMfuVOwg or on Intel HD 5500: https://youtu.be/Q_lB1IGHrLE
thanks, i really apreciate your observation, i failed to explain myself (i used the wrong words) i tried to say that you will truly enjoy it is you are a fan, so i didnt recomend that unless you were
Ohhh my gooood... It's unplayable.. The amount of messages you have to go through that it throws at you in game.. Seriously.. You have to click or press A through like 40 boxes after every friggin' fight.. Every mission.. EVERYTHING...
Really? Dude I swear it was more like 5 windows, and I hate how the last window's button is different than the rest. So when you slam A to get past the window spam, you end up slamming it like 50x more times just to do nothing because suddenly the last window switches to B, instead of A to close.. Lmao.. Ugh, sorry man, it is THAT bad.
Every side mission you finish shows you 4 windows. It`s different for the main missions, but the side missions do this. And it gets quite annoying when you have to do roughly 10 missions to unlock the next main mission. I maxed out my character for example and it takes more time to get through the windows than the actual fights.
No, no they do not. Those texts only appear when you completed enough side missions to unlock the next main mission. You get AT MOST 3 messages: A sort of news journal thing, a message indicating something is happening and a message indicating a new main mission is available. That's it
The overall quality of the game is similar to Jump Force. A very very basic combat system almost no combo potential. The mechanics don't really reward skillful play and just picking the character with the highest stats
Not...really. You do have combo potential, not just from the light and heavy attacks but also from the killer moves. Not every game benefits from a Mortal Kombat level of combos, that's just stupid to assume every fighting game has those. The mechanics DO reward skillful play but only cause the AI gets STUPID HARD in later levels
There should be a crack folder in the setup folder, all u have to do is copy the contents of crack folder to the game directory ( where the game is installed )
Hey, it's a less ani-moo jumpforce. Now I can enjoy Jumpforce without feeling like a total weeb. That's why it's getting mixed reviews. Guys like me are in the reviews.
"way too Japanese is execution" Where tf do you think it was made? Anime was never made and meant for people outside of Japan, we only got a good glimpse at what Japan was making animation wise, thanks to business men coming back to the states with stolen and/or bought VHS tapes of Dragon Ball, and a few others. Also, their culture and comedy is vastly different so wtf you expect? Our comedy could easily be as awful in their eyes... And calling people "weebs" because they are a fan of something isn't cool either.. Pretty sure most of us aren't obsessive to the point of wanting to be Japanese. if anything we're all otakus (which is probably the word you meant to use) or just you know... we're fans of a certain series like normal people would be towards something they like...
One Punch Man is okay. Some anime is alright. Most of it's just way too Japanese in execution. Just because something's produced in Japan doesn't mean it needs to be super Japanese.. Look at Japanese comedy, lol.. It's AWFUL. You don't see Japanese people coming to America and performing Japanese comedy because it sucks to us. A lot of what comes out of Japan, video game wise, is awful, they know it would never sell to western markets if the west didn't have a weebadelic Japan fan club. Japan is changing, too.. Anime used to be a lot better. I feel like Anime is becoming overly sensitive and weird to pander to the hordes of socially dysfunctional people coming with these last two generations from Japan.. That social dysfunction is something we also share here in America, so it may have something to do with it.. I noticed my nephew got in to it too after joining Second Life and getting in to the weeb culture, he says it comforts him and he feels like he has a place amongst them online even though they rarely communicate, except for the occasional sensitive, neutral comment, followed by "xD" All these behaviors show little care for the actual content, but more-so the comfort that comes with familiarity to characters, and the connections he makes to them. Be it a live person or an on-screen animated character that doesn't move, except for its mouth, to spew a bunch of cringe.
i like japanese comedy, it just depend on the person (because of that my favorite is gintama) the same for games, the genres they ''control'' are diferent from the ones that the western do, so if you like tactical rpg (for an example) is most posible you will like japanese games than western ones the fact that japan is changing is true, is bbeing more ''open minded'' in the thing that they werent, but it doesnt have nothing to do with the anime, it is know easier to make, so the ''minimal quality'' of the original manga is lower than in previous years social disfuntions? so you say that is bad to like the japanese culture, being proud (like saying you like football (original and the ''united'' one)) and interact with people with the same likes? (not with the same guys every time, just with everybody) when im saying that ''the game is for fans'' i (tried) to say that you will really enjoy it if you are a fan, i didnt explained miself very well, but yes, even here in the ''weebs'' those people that fell the same connections to the characters than actual people are cringy
Saitama's durability is still too much for Kenshiro and he has no counter for the massive speed and strength gap between them. They're in completely different tiers m8.
I mean to be fair, any fiction higher than purely realistic human capacity is breaking logic and common sense. Neither Kenshiro nor Saitama make sense by real life physics and science. But that's the point of power fantasy and that's what makes it so engaging, at least for me.
Lol maybe, usually the correct way to do these "vs" battles is to look purely at feats, so by feats Deadpool can't really do much, if anything to Thanos under standard conditions.
Except Saitama is the epitome of an overpowered hero that can beat anyone in a single punch, cant be knocked down, can't be staggered...so Kenshiro would probably lose. Toki on the other hand...maybe not
why would you want to delete your save?(For the record, yes you can) And how the hell is that even a reason to say it's not worth it? Christ people can be so nitpicky
%SystemDrive%\Users\Public\Documents\Steam\CODEX\991560 Maybe read the .ini that's in the game's folder? Then again i feel you might lack the common sense to do that
most of games this day end up pirated any way. no matter its price is really cheap or very expensive. the point is the company still making a satisfy profit or not. as long as their profit still doing good, well..they just let it be.
Not so terrifyin.. This on the other hand is! Dude This must be some kind of cyber terrorist hahahha. And there i was thinking you had most flags, Someone shows up with over 500.
maybe but my concern is that they are derailing a little from the previous game now it looks like a FPS mario bros with all the floating plataforms and fire traps
I watched a couple of gameplays it seemed pretty good, Way better than the previous game. maybe a little easier with the new dodge feature, But i can't tell for sure untill i play it.
Wrong, Saitama can attack from a distance too, by using the force of his own attacks. I also find it hard to believe that people can't even see that Saitama can legitimately take out Goku no problems just being seeing the shit Saitama has done so far. Goku has been defeated and killed before. Saitama hansn't even broken a sweat in any fight he's been in and the amount of punishment he has taken and served is pretty ridiculous. It's hard to say if he can defeat Superman though, considering how many iterations exist of Superman, but I think bronze age Superman would be defeated easily by Saitama.
You realize Saitama is also invincible and has super speed, right? Goku doesn't stand a chance, and I can't remember if Superman is actually invincible himself or not, but the best he could hope for is a battle that never ends if he is. And it's not like he can't attack at long range, he can send shockwaves that destroy buildings too. They're fictional characters and it doesn't matter, but it's interesting to think about, I think.
in my opinion saitama would probably lose to goku and superman. Saitama is the world's strongest human. But put him in the scale of dragon ball and he's fucked. At least that's what i think would happen but unless they do a crossover we'll unfortunately never get to see the hijinks ensue between them.
You know, thinking about it, I probably was not giving Goku enough credit. It might have to do with the fact that I finished DBS a few months ago and I literally just finished season 2 of OPM 2 days ago, so Saitama's power is fresh in my mind, while the thought of Goku's has dwindled quite a bit. I mean, the universe could've been destroyed when he was fighting Beerus just in his Super Saiyan God form, right? I don't think the fact that Saitama is human is a good argument, however. I mean, can you, a human, do the things he does? That's a very dumb question and the answer is obvious, but that's just my point. He's not human; he's ANIME human. Plus, he fights monsters and aliens, even destroyed a meteor threatening the Earth, so he's definitely not just limited to "the strongest human" in the OPM universe. Anyway, you make a fair point, and it is impossible to know without a crossover or something. I still think Saitama MIGHT hold his own, but just because we disagree doesn't mean we can't shake hands and respect each other's opinions, right? I'm open to the fact that I could be wrong, and that's fine with me. I hope you have a pleasant day.
Superman is indeed invincible unless Saitama somehow gets his hands on some Kryptonite. Also Goku doesn't stand a chance? You do realize he's broken the sound barrier several times in his base form alone right?Let alone in his overpowered Ultra Instinct form. Saitama might be strong AF but he's just human and therefor NOT immortal, he CAN be killed. Granted so can Goku but al Goku would need is to go UI, charge up a spirit bomb and say goodbye to Saitama
About Goku: To put it simple, it's quite hard to determine how powerful or how durable Goku is, as he is a victim of the plot and the lack of creativity in his show- sometimes he can take "planet buster" attacks, and other times he can be defeated by standard weaponry. If we take that in consideration and the top feats he has shown in DBS, the fight would either be somewhat close or rather easy for Saitama. About Superman: There are plenty of superman incarnations with vastly different power levels. Based on what we know of OPM, even if we assume Saitama is MUCH more powerful than what we have seen in the anime/manga/web novel, there are versions of Superman that would curb stomp him and versions that would be curb stomped by Saitama.
If you saw the entire show yourself you'd know why I say Goku doesn't stand a chance. Trust me, Saitama is insane. And I'm saying this as a person who has also watched all of Dragon Ball Super, I still think Saitama is far stronger since Goku actually has a limit; Saitama does not.
I like both animes, personally. MHA is pretty good. My favorite animes, though, are Death Note, Hunter x Hunter 2011, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, and maybe Mirai Nikki (Future Diary). I'd recommend those if you haven't seen them, but I'd say OPM is among those, so I think it's pretty good. But there are PLENTY of anime, so what's skipping out on one, right? Anyway, have a good day, my friend.
I've watched both Death Note and FMAB. Mirai Nikki i have no interest in and Hunter X Hunter i've heard good things about but never actually watched it. See the thing is i'm more of a Tokusatsu fan than an anime fan. Hell in this game i managed to make my character looks as close to Kamen Rider Ichigo as possible
that anime seems to be a joke show, i saw some videos and all i see is that bald guy in pajamas trolling all villains including that weird cyclops guy from the background
To be fair Saitama certainly can attack from range with the force of his attacks alone...He doesn't actually need to hit stuff to destroy it after all. Could likely shrug off most of the stuff that Goku or Superman could toss at him from range too.
Yea, he can shurg off a spirit bomb easily. As I recall the very fabric of his ki was being attacked by the esper, Tatsumaki and he resisted it with no effort. If an attack that goes beyond physical trauma can be resisted without him even being aware of it, an attack meant to vanquish evil wouldn't even singe what little hair he has left on his body lol.
Spirit Bomb isn't an attack meant to vanquish evil, it's just an attack using the force of every living being in the surrounding area and even from nearby planets. Which means it has the potential to increase in power limitlessely. Meaning that with enough power it can very well beat Saitama or any other character from any other anime, it's the supreme, ultimate technique. Now if you're saying that Saitama, or anyone else for that matter, can survive that then that character is instantly deemed overpowered and not interesting in my eyes. And Saitama already is to be honest
Saitama is interesting for other reasons. Only viewing him an an overpowered character and therefore "uninteresting" is very narrow-minded. His character is simply from the perspective of your average shounen hero who has achieved the epitome of power/strength. He is the "end game" of those characters. His journey isn't about him trying to become strong, it's about him struggling to find a worthy opponent and his inability to enjoy the thrill of being a hero. He's bored to put it shortly. The anime itself uses other characters in order to tell a funny and interesting story, while Saitama is used more like a deus ex machina. The Spirit Bomb attack isn't necessarily infinite, because the person who is using it has to be able to contain the energy. If you recall Goku struggled to contain the attack when he had to destroy Buu. Honestly, I think Saitama would just use a serious punch and send the Spirit Bomb into deep space. FYI the Spirit Bomb is an attack used to vanquish evil. And it is a very flawed attack, which makes it unwieldy to use in the heat of battle. I don't think Saitama is undefeatable, but I doubt Goku can win.
Yeah that's the problem. Him being bored causes me to be bored too. Take this game for example. Saitama literally kills any opponent in one hit, can't be staggered, can't be knocked down, can't be pushed back, how the fuck is that fun? Well to me it's 100% not. And he's the star of the show, he should be the most interesting character and to me, he simply isn't
I don't necessarily agree, but I can understand your point of view, but you're 100% correct with him being completely overpowered in the videogame- that's where it ceases to be fun.
the magic of OPM are the secondary characters, even saitama looks like a secondary due to the minimal screen time pd: inthis game YOU (the hero that nobody knows) is suposseed to be the star, adn even with that, you can play with dream saitama (or something like that) that is basically he, but without the insta-kill and with knockback
While that is true, i found that the game pushes Saitama onto you way too often, having him intervene on story quests. And playing as him just isn't fun at all. If he was just a sensei that would be fine but having him come in last minute makes your character look like not the main star, you know what i mean?
Eh, he's shrugged off everything that's been thrown at him thus far with the worst damage being a torn suit, no matter the damage to the area around him...And that's not taking into account the fact that Goku would not only have to get into UI but also be able to charge up a spirit bomb in the first place, which assumes he actually lasts more then 10 seconds....He has fought plenty of villans in his own show that sure as hell push out powers that could certainly rival what Goku can toss out if you've watched it.
Golden Frieza comes to mind. People seem to forget his golden form is on par with SSB. Then again, also keep in mind that within the DBZ/DBS universe, powerlevels and powerscaling is complete bullshit
Sure, and both Goku and Frieza can nearly cripple each other with a single blow too. Even Superman has fought plenty of enemies in the DC universe that can nearly pound him into the ground without Kryptonite. He isn't invincible either, just highly resistent to damage. But I think you are overlooking the fact that Saitama is like a parody to those types of people, he is basically the ultimate being without any weakness and doesn't get serious because is looking for a good fight, and knows that if he does get serious, it's over in a second. I think thus far in the OPM series there has only been 1 foe he's actually had a battle with for a few minutes and even then it ended shortly after he got serious too. shrugs You can believe what you like but there's never really going to be any way to even test it, one can only go off what we know of the characters by their writing. And unfortunately that thus far shows only one of the three coming out on top.
I think one thing to keep in mind is that there are several incarnations of Superman all with vastly different power levels and some of them could 100% curb stomp Saitama. Grab him, toss him off planed, boom he's dead in minutes while superman can breathe in space. I think that's one of the things that kept me from watching OPM, it's just how OP Saitama is. That's just not fun to watch for me
Usually not a fan of fighting games, but this one I've gotta try. If only because I've seen one video where OPM just shows up and one-shots whoever you're fighting. Edit: Sigh Another game ruined by tryhard AI. At difficulty level 4 the AI fights like a virgin loser who spent 400 hours in the training mode. Glad I didn't buy this trash.
I beat the game. There's a difference between hard AI and cheesy AI. This is the latter. It reads your inputs, while at the same time being super easy to cheese because they also have a 99% block rate... on unblockable guard break attacks. Bad AI ruins games. LMAO GET REKT DUMMY XDDD ROFLLMAO
Uh, i was expecting this to be just a one on one fighting game but after watching some videos it seems that it's not. Now i never watched the anime but i've heard nothing but good things about it so imma give it a try
probs cause I changed the controls to better suit my hands on the keyboard
Sigh... missed opportunity folks.

I noticed my nephew got in to it too after joining Second Life and getting in to the weeb culture, he says it comforts him and he feels like he has a place amongst them online even though they rarely communicate, except for the occasional sensitive, neutral comment, followed by "xD"
All these behaviors show little care for the actual content, but more-so the comfort that comes with familiarity to characters, and the connections he makes to them. Be it a live person or an on-screen animated character that doesn't move, except for its mouth, to spew a bunch of cringe.
the same for games, the genres they ''control'' are diferent from the ones that the western do, so if you like tactical rpg (for an example) is most posible you will like japanese games than western ones
the fact that japan is changing is true, is bbeing more ''open minded'' in the thing that they werent, but it doesnt have nothing to do with the anime, it is know easier to make, so the ''minimal quality'' of the original manga is lower than in previous years
social disfuntions? so you say that is bad to like the japanese culture, being proud (like saying you like football (original and the ''united'' one)) and interact with people with the same likes? (not with the same guys every time, just with everybody)
when im saying that ''the game is for fans'' i (tried) to say that you will really enjoy it if you are a fan, i didnt explained miself very well, but yes, even here in the ''weebs'' those people that fell the same connections to the characters than actual people are cringy

I don't think Saitama is undefeatable, but I doubt Goku can win.
pd: inthis game YOU (the hero that nobody knows) is suposseed to be the star, adn even with that, you can play with dream saitama (or something like that) that is basically he, but without the insta-kill and with knockback
Logic doesnt work on cartoon/anime
End
Edit: Sigh Another game ruined by tryhard AI. At difficulty level 4 the AI fights like a virgin loser who spent 400 hours in the training mode. Glad I didn't buy this trash.
