maybe you don't know, google blocked uploading to their site for free a few weeks ago. That's why most of the websites nowadays don't use google for upload anymore.

Graphics here are obviously vastly superior, but I'm not sure about the gameplay...🤔 Although not bad, I wonder how linear it feels in the long run... Games like Commandos 2 offer completely open levels which you can approach however you want. This one, on the other hand, feels much more restrictive. In fact, it's the case for 90% of recent strategy games, like the X-com ones which have been mentioned in the comments.🤔 Well, it's difficult to avoid some linearity in a game which is strongly "story-based", though. (On a side note, there are way too many walls of text.) Most negative reviews on Steam complain about something completely different, though : the randomness of your squad actions, which can end up having unintended consequences. So, between the linearity, lack of freedom, and lack of control over your squad, it doesn't feel like a real strategy game, like for example Jagged Alliance 2. (obviously) One interesting detail, though : in Jagged Alliance 2 as well, sometimes, your squad members could refuse the orders you gave them, because they freaked out, for example. That game was so ahead of its time. Anyway, I think it's good for people who want a strong story, but boring for people who want real strategy. I didn't test it long enough, though. No rating!

I can't run the setup, apparently it can't find the following files: MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll I have downloaded both but it keeps sending me the same error, how do i fix this?
Even stopping my anti-virus and going through and manually attempting to apply the steam bypass I can't get this game to work, either the crack is missing from the HOODLUM download or steam has changed the way they verify games and HOODLUM (and myself) haven't caught up.
