Ok all good, to get purchased locos and routes to show and work I put the pack files in DLC but then have to put some in the Pack folder too, trial and error. trainsimcz "any loco any route works good.
EDIT Stupid, it was me forgot to put the reverser into forward position. However, the CSX Heavy Haul tutorial is broken af. There's a dude T-posing in one of the locomotive, the reverser doesn't work whatsoever... I mean, for fuck sake, Dovetail. Other than that, the game works rather well.
Hello, I'm having problems with CSX machines, the introduction of the C440W doesn't work. The CP38 works. What can that be. Is there any way to solve it? Thanks!
Try restarting the game, doing so fixed both the T-pose dude and the tutorial for me. It seems like the engine failed to load some vital components for the scenario.

the dlc is there ........not all of it tho but a good chunk of routes not just one open the odex file and cycle through the files until you come across lots of files ....copy all of them thats the crack for the dlc ........ then run the game and wit for it to download ....when its finished go into the game file where you saved it to and paste the files you have just copied into the
