Nah, in my experiences of playing these three games. The world felt dead, it felt like you were at the center of the universe. I don't think there's a true "alive" game world, at least not yet.
it's the people in the bethesda games are so radical and insane, they are just there to be there. While STALKER's faction each has their rational cause, which reflect real human been.
Open World, RPG, Simulation, Adventure game. Unique as it involve only use of cursor as character. So, time and creativity efficient. Game works fine. ⭐⭐
This game itself is a perfect analogy of how the Elder Scrolls and Fallout series is. I'd say the only game with a fun and dynamic open world has to be "S.T.A.L.K.E.R."
Doesnt mean that it has to be terrible. Even in the 80s and 90`s developers put more effort into satire games, but seems to be general thing nowadays. To be unable to produce quality stuff even without a bunch of money.
While pretty boring, I'd say it's an accurate parody of open world games. Where in most open world games they're designed so that you spend most of the time looking at the minimap and mindlessly going from one map marker to the next doing repetitive activities with minimal effort.
