Is the file size less than 5 MB? Did you get the file directly, or have you used an exe? If the answer to any of the questions is yes, you downloaded an ad. Please try downloading the files again and make sure you get the correct ones.
They use it genuinely, I imagine more than for testing purposes. They're all about the good ol' days and a lot of the time older games run better on older PCs than they do on newer ones.
ohh i love LGR... Hes shumble AND goes so full in details on his videos and HE is REALLY playin his hw, not only collectin and testing. imo one of the better computer game youtubers out there!! Sadly my dad sold all our old computer hardwares way back, but atleat i ofc got to keep the consoles... And sega megadrive/genesis and Dreamcast are my favourites, got also HUGE crt TV for lightgun games :)
