This Dev is Nuts. He can't use the name and likeness of Zorro, thats strictly forbidden. There have been court cases for years with the copy write owner catching people doing just this type of thing. They Don't give permission lightly. You can actually do a google search and see all the troubles the Zorro brand has had over the years. It's kinda a neat story.
