Yes, exactly as pictures above depict. It's pix-elated, Action, Sci-fi 1st person shooting, target exploration game. You have bounty on targets & u need to locate and neutralise them. Game works fine. Overall, ⭐⭐+ half.
Well I mean at least the dev (sockpop) are pretty clear on their intention, you sub to their website for 3$ and you got mini game every two weeks with "experimental aesthetic and gameplay". Not saying it's qualitative, but it's better than a lot of these game on steam that try to sell you promises and outstanding ideas that are in fact just copy-paste of Flash Game from the 2000-2012 era, or when it's direct PC-port of Mobile games.

They have to release a game every two weeks. It's hard developing a game that goes on for that long on such a short timeframe. Plus, some things are much sweeter when served in short bites.
