For everybody having trouble with this game, here's how I did it: First, install the game. Then, download this crack: http://www64.zippyshare.com/v/23545981/file.html Thanks to Danial below for providing the link. Disregard the crack file in the first iso file and extract the one you downloaded from the link above. Run the patch from the patch folder, then go into the crack folder and copy+paste all the files in there to the install directory of the game. After that it should work fine!
it keeps failing the release date check at 30% when I run the update. Edit: I got past the bug by setting my date to 2014. But now It's asking for a serial key.

Hello, I wanted to download GTA IV but when I launch the setup they ask me to enter the disk 2 so i do it then they tell me to enter the 1st one and an error tell me that a file is not ready. Help ?
wtf. why aren't the chuncks loading. and why the ballad of gay tony don't work, it shows a cut scene then gets stuck on loading screen. THE CHUNKS DON'T EVEN LOAD IN THE CUT SCENE. You say you carefully look over your games WHEN YOU BARELY LOOK OVER YOUR GAMES. WASTE OF TIME. YOU CAN SHOVE THAT FAMILY BULLSHIT UP YOUR ASS
