I had this game on the PS3 and played it extensively in 2019. Although for some reason I forgot about it and didn't finish it even though I was very close to the end of the game. Man, I wish there were more games like this! I love feeling like an adventurer and feeling like I have my own guild in a turn-based RPG. Now I have a PC in 2020 and have been playing a game called MISTOVER. It's similar in many ways, so perhaps you guys can try that out. This Wizardry game had a lot of flaws, but I still miss it!
oya oya, lots of noobs in the club. Without games like this you wouldn't have the new and improved be grateful for the content or gtfo. Its a shame that the next generation is a bunch of spoiled and entitled snowflake. And who the fuck complains about free content anyway if you don't like it don't bother commenting and just leave, have nothing then and suck on a dummy or your mothers tits. As for that mentality the person deserves nothing, heck it might be the reason why their life sucks. GO pay for games if you don't like any free content. If everyone was going to bag and complain about which games are being shared there wouldn't be any free games. Thus you guys really all deserve fuck all 0. Be happy that people bother to share their purchased copy with snotty nosed shits like you. Snobs.
obviously none of these people owned a ps3 before. Continue to borrow and download games that a person bought and shared to community and then the people playing complain about the free content given. Dunno but people are being stingy to the core. If everyone was like this there would be no games shared because people are being very ungrateful as if they shouldn't deserve the shares at all just for their shitty response/feedback. At this point i don't give a shit about these snowflakes that are unhappy for everything they get free, really shows that their life sucks ass basically and that if they did go to asia or whatever they would be look down upon for that attitude. They shouldn't expect good Karma im pretty sure their life sucks for a reason. My concern is many people stop uploading their free content for a bunch of disappointments its happened in the past where some communities go just like that because their sick of peoples bs and never show respect to the uploaders. Otherwise these losers that complain can go pay for games themselves, simple.
It’s false positive. The method used to crack games is similar to the method used to code malware! Anti-virus programs will detect the crack as a virus and delete it, even though it isn’t! Like explained https://igg-games.com/virus-461012836-trojan.html.
You don't know Wizardry? It was the very first first-person dungeon-crawler. The first. The series is probably as old as you are. This game is technically a spin-off, but it still counts. It's not just some 'turn-based fighting game'; show it respect.
Actually you are not quite correct.... Sir-Tech's Wizardry: Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord was the third first person dungeon crawler, as it was released in Sept of 1981. "Lord British" (AKA Richard Garriott) released Ultima I: The First Age of Darkness a few months before Wizardry 1, in June of 1981, which also had a first person view in dungeons. But perhaps the actual title of first should go to Richard Garriott's first game, "Akalabeth: World of Doom" which he programmed in his junior year of high school... It also had first person view in dungeon, and had a limited pre-release in 1979 at his bosses computer store, and then was later picked up by another company which actually released it in 1980 (FIRST!) I was around then, had an apple II, and bought and played 'em all!
sadly yes.....i did wait for this game for months. before i face the cruel fate once again. wizardly title seem made for lure people in only. honestly with the fact that this game not even support mouse made me shock already.
This game is VERY bad, unless you enjoy getting butt fucked by a 12. inch dildo without any lubricant. This game is HARD, but not in a good way, but in a very bullshit kind of way.
Rather easy game except for final bosses, and very user friendly (possibility to speed through fights, teleport spells, rest wherever, etc..). Most DRPGs are more restrictive for some of these things. Roll 40 bonus or at least 20+ for easier early levels if you want (not necessary, but you at least want enough bonus to max vit). Start with maxing Vit, as there is no retroactive hp bonus if you max it late, so need to max it at the start (and keep equiping+vit items before level up, once you get them). Plan you class rerolls if you want to do the endgame. At least one reroll is advised, to have enough hp, but more is better. Learn where/what to farm for specific equipment (there's an excel spreadshit on gamefaq). Been finishing it with DLC on PS3 (with all items found), then iphone, and now going to finish it on PC.
yeah. the art style made me look things up about it. to check if they ever released art books. etc etc. the older games on the ps1 and ps2 seems to have better gameplay.
The original one was made in 2009 for PlayStation3, Vita & IOS. It´s happening like in Hollywood, Remakes everywhere. At least this has good critics though
I found Wiz 8 to be too combat heavy, or it might have been that fights simply took too long. Wizardry 7 - Crusaders of the Dark Savant is the pinnacle of the series in my eyes. Most modern games in Wizardry's style, including newer non-Sir-Tech Wizardry games, are too simplistic after experiencing the last few proper Wizardry games. For newer "Wizardry" games the PS2 one, Tales of the Forsaken Land, has some interesting mechanics like "Death" chasing you through whole dungeon levels (it can fly through walls) and will possess one of you party members if it reaches you. If this party member dies, he will be lost forever.

This game is the sheer classics and it's great!

They make interesting quirky stuff.
they could at least improve it

With that the length of the fights isn't really an issue.
¯_(ツ)_/¯
We were talking of different games
