Simply copy over and replace any existing files and run needforspeedheat.exe; game will load a black window but after about 30 seconds or so the game will start.
Unfortunately as someone else pointed out while this crack does get the game to actually launch and work it only delays the inevitable of it not working again once you reach the car selection screen.
I ended up getting things working by downloading a different groups release version and had no problems with it; someone in here posted the name of it before and I think I did too but don't think that comment was approved.
The easiest way to play this is just getting it for "free" on game pass. While game pass isn't free and we're all cheap asses, it's by far the best bang for buck service out there by a long shot and well worth the cost. Those with game pass already might not even realize it comes with it; I know I didn't until a friend told me as it's not the first place I check for games I usually just come straight to IGG.
when I start the Needforspeedheat.exe file at first nothing happen
Then I clicked on the same file with "trail" before the .exe and it said "need to be run with origin launcher"
So I downloaded the EA launcher (new origin launcher name's) and when I run NFSheat.exe now it just says "Origin seems to be running. No communication with Orangeemu is possible" any help please ???

I play Forza 5 it seems to be very interesting, the graphics are beautiful but the control is very difficult for me who has always played NFS since long ago. we already missed Heat and also Unbound and the price is incredibly expensive in my country. I downloaded dodi's repack version, it's working, it's also 10GB smaller lol (download size though but after installing it's 30GB) I think you can also download the crack without downloading the whole game again
I found a fix for it not working for me.. Whenever I double clicked it, it showed up in Task Manager for a few seconds and then it closed. Before I tried running it, I ran the Language registry editor file. Since I did that, I thought of opening the .reg file to see where it lead, and it leads to here. "[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Games\Need for Speed Heat]" I then deleted the EA Games folder entirely, as it was the only EA Games game I had and the game worked correctly. I also downloaded the crack fix that is somewhere else down in the comments before doing this though.

The readme.txt in the main folder sais something about replaceing files cant tell whitch files it is talking about though.
The file mentions that they used CODEX to emulate origin, but the trial exe gives an error stating that it can not find origin. I also got the normal exe to spit out something (not consistantly though) whitch also stated, that origin is not reachable.
In conclusion: In taskmanager you can see that the exe starts but shuts down after a few seconds, due to both exe's giving errors related to origin id say that their origin emulation is either not working or only workin with origin installed.

I also faced with game not opening problem. But I found a way from YouTube. All you need to do is to download final crack from the given link and then just need to follow the instructions from video provided in link. Now I am OK to play game with everything working and not crashing anymore. Note : 1. Copy the crack files to game folder and replace all. 2. Is there another source I can get the crack? Who is the author? If I know that, then I can maybe find an alternate source or site. pcloud is now requiring a premium subscription to download it due to high download traffic.
This is a bad release. It just plain does not work. There is no clear cut instructions on how to apply the patch. I did what another comment said and I replaced all the files with the files in the patch folder. The game just DOES NOT run. Using Process Explorer tells me it runs for a second then quits
There's somewhat of a kerfuffle about the crack for this game. Fittgirl posted an article about how it was cracked and why they wont make a version of it. That might be why its having trouble running for a lot of people. The protection, deneuvo or whatever was pretty severe.

A.L.I.C.E crack below worked for me. Sometimes you have to start the exe twice. And it might give you a black screen for a little while. I reckon in must be loading a bunch of stuff into memory. But it worked for me. I dont think I needed the EN reg. I used it but deleted it back out of teh registry. I just deleted all the alt languages out of the game folder. Just drop everything into the game folder and overwright. I also deleted "support" and "installer" folders.

Yes having the file in a .zip makes file smaller maybe a couple hundred megs in this case but now I need twice as much space for the download alone... Please don't pack the files unless it's literal gigs, now I have to delete a game that I haven't finished yet. For this 35Gb game I need over 90Gb in hardrive space... That is too dang much.

You're so right man, and to that list I would also add CODEX, which in my experience is by far the best of all. Simple install wizard, automatically copies Crack contents which come with the game. I have installed dozens of CODEX games and NEVER had a problem with a single one of them.

ok so i removed the safe file and played again. this glitch happens only when you change your character's shirt. you can change anything else but the shirt. if you do try to change the shirt your save file will corrupt and you will have to start the game all over again

You don't do anything with the other parts, when you extract part 1, it...for a lack of a better term...takes from the other parts, if you want 1 file, there is a torrent, if i'm right. that is just 1 file, (but I dont use it so not 100% sure) once the files are extracted, you can pretty much delete the zipped files, to make more room on ur pc/laptop, or keep em in case you need to start over or w/e. But yeah, just extract part 1 and you're good. :D

Just bought the game via Steam since it's on a 70% discount. Problem is, the game eats your GPU like crazy. GPU usage stays at 100% even on lowest setting possible, and just booting the game will spike your GPU temperature (mine goes from 43°C to 65°C in less than 10 seconds.) And the game will start to freeze every few minutes after playing for 34 hours especially if you prefer to play night mode (since the amount of lights popping up in the map), which means your GPU is cooking (no wonder this game is called Heat...) Some people even get blue screen of death after their first race (the race you get to drive Joe's Polestar-One.) I mean, Forza Horizon 4 is the same open-world racing game, almost the same visual quality, but it only raises my GPU temperature to about 60°C after playing for 56 hours. What's even more important, I can play FH4 at ultra settings while running at silk-smooth 60FPS, NFS Heat is struggling at 40~50FPS even at 720p low settings...
65C isn't much at all, that's the average temperature under load. Your gpu is 100% fine at that temp, you should be concerned if a modern gpu reachers 80C or more. And the fact that it uses 100% is good, since it will take all possible resources into running the game without lag. Your comment has 0 info on what gpu you're using.
Well what do you know, I certainly was! Installed something to monitor my GPU temperature and most of my game will crank it up to 80 degrees celsius, surprise surprise!
Im using @omeda X suggestion and it work. The loading time for me is normal. No long loading for me. Some crashes but i believe in official game also have random crash. And lastly, DO NOT customize your character, only cars. Infinite load or unable to progress will not occur. If you accidentally customize your character and the game cannot load or progress, you'll need to make a new game play. For me, you find the save file and copy it, on the last good progress. If anything happened, just replace the autosave file with the one you copy.
Same problem, extracted everything and but this game doesn't work. Also even copied the patch directory contents but still nothing. No error messages, nothing at all. Any help? Couldn't find this origin folder mentioned in the comments. Is it included with the rar files or downloaded from somewhere elese separately? And please don't ask to read the ReadMe or the tutorial instructions cause that helped a total of jack shit.

the instructions don't necessarily say anything about what to do when the game doesn't open, i tried everything , and the only conclusion that im led to is that the crack doesn't work or ain't compatible with the version of windows 10 im running, could you please upload a link to a working crack file. and there's not much to do with the installation process itself cause all the files are extracted so all that's left is to run the actual game which ain't working , and the only file that does give a popup window is the nfs trial exe which is prompting saying origin needs to be installed.

The game takes a very long time to Load and between each scene, the CPU is running SKY HIGH. Screen is Jerky, Not sure if my PC is not enough to run this game. Please, tell me my PC is too Weak for this game

Dont bother downloading this trash, I got it installed but the game runs like dog shit, Not sure if its the crack or Denuvo but the game constantly freezes and stutters when driving and it breaks your immersion and causes you to lose races. I have a Ryzen 5 3600 and a GTX 1080ti, My system can max out every game in existence. Glad I never bought this garbage.

So the game launches and runs just fine for me, however, I can't earn any cash or reputation points. No matter what I do, can't earn a single dollar or rep point. That means you can't buy any parts, upgrades or vehicles and worse, you can't progress in the game at all. You're basically stuck in the tutorial forever with no way out. Unless someone fixes the no cash/rep earned bug, this game is completely useles update, turns out just shutting the game down and restarting it fixed the problem. =)

idk if this will work but in jedi fallen order you have to literally CHANGE the year back to 2019 and open the game everytime to run it. otherwise it just doesnt respond and closes. so try that and see if it works. if not go check the game files and see if it has any option to change the res an stuff and set the api to vulcan...

There was an issue between Jan 1st and Jan 10th where you had to change your PC's date in order to play the game. Just go to the IGG comments on the J.F.O. page between those dates and you'l see the evidence. Also fyi you're retarded.

Maybe, i dont feel i need it, actually i have a i7 6700, with an asus rog 1070TI OC with GPU Tweak II from Asus, and 16 GB RAM i just have some random freeze every like 10min but freezes seems to be so optimized its like freezing but the game dont freeze its a little bit weird but dont affect gameplay. I play it full ultra 1080p i have 60~80 fps
So this version seems to be using an unstable, unfinished crack, hence why it doesn't work. The ElAmigos version on the other hand that i found elsehwre does work. Just google "NFS Heat ElAmigos" it's working fine for me

If i remember correctly, Codex did not finish his crack. This was reaelased thanks to some dumbasses who didn't realize the crack doesn't have protection and now Denuovo could find a way to protect games from cracking (probably only for some time tho).
The way of how you tell it. It almost sounds like Denuovo had a mole inside codex, who stole the crack, and now NFS Heat has a new (Denuovo)update that prevents that crack from running the game.

Hello. Who haves problems about over 100 % cpu usage then you can use fpslimirter. I use Rivertuner. That helps and my game work lot better if i use this.

Can someone explain what is happening? I've been reading about the drama surrounding the crack, but I don't see a crack or anything in the download. I just want to play the game, especially if the crack ruins the future of Denuvo cracks.
Basically, the crack for this is not fully completed, showing Denuvo how it bypasses its system so any future Denuvo releases, we're pretty much SOL unless the scene which handles this has other ways to bypass their security.
Is there a game installer, or do you just extract? When I extract there's just a trial exe. In the video the dude has a shortcut on the desktop but idk if he made it. When I use any of the cracks I found so far here it just doesn't open. I assume I'm just missing something, though I do have an FX-8350 which is getting old.
I believe you are just meant to extract this and try the fixes with the reg file, etc found in the tutorial videos, but nothing worked for me. The repack found on other sites works though.

Some of the CODEX testers "share" Cracked Denuvo files with one of the CorePack Team members. Crack was not protected and not finished. So probably next games with Denuvo will be harder to crack. CODEX never released it, it was tested last 2 months.
I wouldn't count on it. There would be no logical reason to leak it, the less the enemy knows, the better. Still, I would wait to find out what repercussions there are, if any. It's possible that Denuvo already know what Codex was doing and this will have no effect.
Are you sure you downloaded the files completely and pastet the Crack in ? if yes are you starting the NeedForSpeed.exe as a administrator? If you do all this and it still doesnt work im sorry but i dont know why.
For me everything is now the way it should be, except for the language. Still waiting for the German language file, but English is going well. Only had the P2P version of skidrow, did not work. Then the version from here didn't work. Last but not least, I installed the version of Need.for.Speed.Heat.MULTi2-ElAmigos. It didn't work either. I then changed the normal standard mode to the graphics settings and lo and behold the game is running. I have been playing my graphics card for 3 hours without problems: Geforce 750. If you have any questions, please send me a screenshot. Think the other versions are running now. Was probably only due to the graphics settings. Good luck for those with whom it is not yet running. I would think that to make everyone's lives easier scene folks and crackers could at least agree not to expose important secrets. But clearly there's no honor among thieves, plus both money and ego can lead people to make really dumb mistakes. Denuvo crack is arguably still IP. It's a grey area for sure, but stealing is stealing. You can always feel free to get upset about something you stole, or in this case something illegal you made, getting stolen, just don't expect a judge to do anything about it. That's the risk you take. You're either SOL, or you find another way to get some payback and/or protect yourself outside of the law.

You're right but considering the amount of links they have for only one game, leaving out all the other games that get uploaded in a day, it can always happen. Happens to me before as well; confused the links for two versions and noticed it the next day
It simply does not work when you run NeedForSpeedHeat.exe at nothing happens then if you run the other NeedForSpeedHeatTrial.exe it opens the source and if you log in it asks to activate the game should have a tutorail inside how to proceed because of these two modes could not be run the game

Simply copy over and replace any existing files and run needforspeedheat.exe; game will load a black window but after about 30 seconds or so the game will start.
I ended up getting things working by downloading a different groups release version and had no problems with it; someone in here posted the name of it before and I think I did too but don't think that comment was approved.
The easiest way to play this is just getting it for "free" on game pass. While game pass isn't free and we're all cheap asses, it's by far the best bang for buck service out there by a long shot and well worth the cost. Those with game pass already might not even realize it comes with it; I know I didn't until a friend told me as it's not the first place I check for games I usually just come straight to IGG.

I then deleted the EA Games folder entirely, as it was the only EA Games game I had and the game worked correctly. I also downloaded the crack fix that is somewhere else down in the comments before doing this though.

- The readme.txt in the main folder sais something about replaceing files cant tell whitch files it is talking about though.
- The file mentions that they used CODEX to emulate origin, but the trial exe gives an error stating that it can not find origin. I also got the normal exe to spit out something (not consistantly though) whitch also stated, that origin is not reachable.
In conclusion:In taskmanager you can see that the exe starts but shuts down after a few seconds, due to both exe's giving errors related to origin id say that their origin emulation is either not working or only workin with origin installed.

Fittgirl posted an article about how it was cracked and why they wont make a version of it.
That might be why its having trouble running for a lot of people.
The protection, deneuvo or whatever was pretty severe.
Sometimes you have to start the exe twice.
And it might give you a black screen for a little while.
I reckon in must be loading a bunch of stuff into memory.
But it worked for me.
I dont think I needed the EN reg.
I used it but deleted it back out of teh registry.
I just deleted all the alt languages out of the game folder.
Just drop everything into the game folder and overwright.
I also deleted "support" and "installer" folders.

So the math here is: 64 bits times 3 equals 192 bits, so you need to uninstall the extra 64 bits in order for the game to work normally. If you forget to uninstall the extra bits, the game will run at approximately 666 FPS, therefore it will be unplayable

but I finished the game using hitman's crack.
Problem is, the game eats your GPU like crazy. GPU usage stays at 100% even on lowest setting possible, and just booting the game will spike your GPU temperature (mine goes from 43°C to 65°C in less than 10 seconds.) And the game will start to freeze every few minutes after playing for 34 hours especially if you prefer to play night mode (since the amount of lights popping up in the map), which means your GPU is cooking (no wonder this game is called Heat...)
Some people even get blue screen of death after their first race (the race you get to drive Joe's Polestar-One.)
I mean, Forza Horizon 4 is the same open-world racing game, almost the same visual quality, but it only raises my GPU temperature to about 60°C after playing for 56 hours. What's even more important, I can play FH4 at ultra settings while running at silk-smooth 60FPS, NFS Heat is struggling at 40~50FPS even at 720p low settings...
Installed something to monitor my GPU temperature and most of my game will crank it up to 80 degrees celsius, surprise surprise!
For me, you find the save file and copy it, on the last good progress. If anything happened, just replace the autosave file with the one you copy.
