the file says it cant be opened as a rar

I don't know why at the beginning of the game, at the capricorn reception, it looks all dark, I can use the menu and everything but I don't see anything. anyone help?

the game is quite great. the story`s good, the convertation is a bit interesting. there actually some very special feature, but it needed to pay 1000 usd (i wonder could igg do something to make this free(?) or unlocked without even been paid(?) because the feature is quite bit great tho). also, im stucked in the ffod festifal of taurus, could someone help me? ive bought so many coupons, and ive used it all, but i still stuck in that festifal area T_T
