it would be a generic trojan detection, it should inform you with something like trojan.gen in which case the gen tells you its a generic detection. If you restored / allowed the original file from the first detection it may not present it as a threat again for the next scan, or it may be a difference in scanning the .rar vs scanning the extracted folder, or perhaps the file was removed upon extraction without notification so its not there to be detected. Either way it is definitely safe as all games are tested and scanned before upload, IGG will never upload anything questionable, only uploads from trustworthy sources(:
thats weird because nothing changed, its still the same upload as when you commented. Also it is a false positive, because the PROPHET folder is where the crack files are that are required for the game to run.
