For everyone still having issues with this game, the crack is the issue. Over on cs rin ru there is a v4 fix that should get everything working EXCEPT New journey+ and all it's features. EDIT: I can confirm the V4 fix works.

when installing the game otherwise known as "codex" installer, there will be a box that says "install contents of CODEX directory to installdir" check that box. checking it off will automatically install the crack and you should be able to launch the game afterwards without any issues. hope this helps not just you but also others in the future

My game stopped working after a few days of working perfectly fine. When I finished installing and cracking the game, I played it no problem. After 3 days, when I launched the game, it loads the splash banner, shows a black screen, then exits on its own. Task manager reveals that the game was not responding. This is not a Windows Defender issue: I checked virus scans and protection and Windows did not quarantine any of the game's system files. The only thing that changed between the game working fine and not is when I changed NVIDA settings for the game to get better FPS, but the game played fine even after I optimized the settings, and still crashed after I restored to default settings. I checked a Reddit thread and it said that the game checks for the year the game is launched and crashes when the year that the current version of the game was released does not match that of your PC system's year (#). In my case, the crack's update is in 2020, and it just turned 2021, which matches the time between my game working and when it doesn't: the update was in 2020, it runs fine in December 2020, and now stops working in January 2021. The Reddit thread proposed a solution where you match the game's version's year to your PC's system year by either changing it or, more preferably, use a third party software to run the game in 2021 (check the thread). Either way, I'm posting this here and coming back later for and update. Crossing my fingers.
Found a fix regarding the Task Manager with this game not responding. The opening the shortcut or executable and game closing. Go to GameCopyWorld dot com and search for this game. Should be a link for Date Change 0.1 by iNvIcTUs oRCuS. Download the compressed file and let Windows Defender, etc. allow this executable to be on computer. Here's more copy and pasted from the .nfo file: "The CODEX release of Star Wars Jedi - Fallen Order has a strange bug. The game doesn't start on PC's with the date 01. January 2020 and later... Game is unplayable with my i7 GTX980 16gb memory, SSD. Keeps crashing during flash back training and I don't understand why. Even lowered my video settings made no difference. Anyone else experience this?
This game is great I recommend, I saw reviews saying that it's buggy and has some glitches, I didn't experience anything, I think they polished every issue it might had since launch. The game runs amazing and the story is really good, so is the combat and gameplay overall. I played it on the highest specs possible and it's really a treat. a must play for star wars fans. Btw even though it has souls like elements it's not a souls like game, especially when it comes to difficulty, I started the game on the third difficulty(out of 4) which's supposed to be challenging and I died less than 10 times, it was mostly pretty easy.
You need to choose a disk where the crack/.iso will download. After this you need someone who ,,seed" the game. If nobody seed the game, than it will not downloading. So if nobody seed, I recommend the http://MegaUp.net or Google Drive links.
Surprisingly great game. Plays a lot like Sekiro with some Uncharted-like platforming mixed in. The plot and atmosphere also has a lot of the Lucas soul that the Star Wars sequels fatally lacked. Definitely play it on its hardest difficulty for the best experience, especially if you're a Soulsborne veteran.
I need help. I've been trying to play this game for a good bit now, and i've tried all the fixes. when I download and install the game put in the crack like i've done countless times for other games, and try to boot up the game it doesn't launch. not even a black screen, doesn't even show up in task manager. just doesn't start at all. Block the game in your firewall (both inbound and outbound).
Add the game folder to your Antivirus exception.
Backup OrangeEmu64.dll and rename to OrangeEmu.dll
Install Origin if the game still doesn't launch.
*No need to change dates anymore. The game usually takes longer on my end to launch, so just look at your task manager as well. It's usually around 17% for a while at the Background Process section before moving towards the Apps section before launching. Also, for those who want to have the gamepad working but unable to, try putting x360ce or x360ce_x64 where your game exe is and run that before running the game.
Started playing this game and when Cal goes thru his first "young training" memory that teaches you wall-running, game crashes to desktop. There's no error message box. Right when young Cal is about to reach Tapal's platform the game crashes and I can't continue playing. I have installed a "update 2 by danikoh2" patch. Maybe this is causing the crash ? Why there aren't cracked updates for this game ? I blocked the game in Firewall "adanvced options" so the game works (no need to change Windows date/time). Nevermind, I found danikoh2 update v4. Found a fix for my problem...mine doesn't open...show up on the task manager for like 5 secs then disappears..if you try the change date and time and the administration fix and had no luck then hope this works for you. The solution for me was to turn off my antivirus...it seems that it blocked some file for the game...also im using avast

hi all, remember the date thing you needed to do in order to play? i fixed this, just by opening the game in the 9th mont of 2019, then open the game, then open internet. type in your search bar "date and time settings" and change it back to automatic (if it is windows 10) then do 1 or 2 google searches and play the game for about an hour or so (and save) and hopefully it fixes that so next time you don't have to change your time again (it worked for me and it was pure accidental)

download qBittorrent
go to the top of the page and click torrent site
search the game again and look for CODEX in the title
click on the torrent download link
countdown to file links and then you click the blue button
it should bring you to a page with a link starting with "magnet" if not go back and try clicking the blue button again
It may bring you to qBittorrent immediately but if not just copy the link starting with "magnet" into the torrent client
its gonna ask you where you want to download the folder but if you have no idea what's going on just click ok and you'll be fine
then it starts downloading.
once its done go to that folder and there should be a setup app select the path (or not) and click install. When it finishes it'll be where you asked it to be or maybe in downloads and you can just close the setup app
this is the important step. From the folder named CODEX which is in the same place as setup.exe copy everything in it. Don't open any folders just copy the contents of the codex folder and paste it into your newly downloaded folder
Starting from the outside of the folder click these folders in order "Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order > Swgame > Binaries > Win[32 or 64]". The game is called "starwarsjedifallenorder.exe" !!!DO NOT MOVE THE FILE!!!
Now you can either click into all those folders to get to your game every time or right click and "create shortcut" and that copy that's created with the blue arrow in the bottom right, you can put that on you desktop.

Game is working fine for me. Was a bit skeptical on downloading the game at first after seeing some of these comments but fortunately I didn't get any errors or crashes.
Download all the parts and extract the part one with any extracting tool (I prefer 7zip) and copy contents of CODEX to the folder in which the main game .exe is located
Downloaded the parts. Put all 11 parts in a new folder. Extracted all the parts together and it gave me this folder. Opened up the folder and mounted the disc image file inside. After its mounted its ready to install. Waited for it to be installed. After it was installed, I copied everything on the crack folder which is called 'codex' i think. I then click on the desktop icon of star wars jedi fallen order and select 'Open file location'. File explorer pops up and I paste the stuff i copied from cracked folder there. I close everything. Right click on home screen and 'refresh'. Finally i right click on star wars jedi fallen order and 'run as administrator'. And it worked. So far.
When it takes you to origin its most likely due to the crack. Did you apply it to the main game folder? If you did but doesn't work maybe your antivirus deleted an important file. I would reinstall with antivirus turned off and try to apply the crack again. See if that works.
Installed yesterday no problem, worked fine, played for a few hours. Today I wanted to continue and I kept getting this error... I let it sit on it for a few minutes to write this comment and then the game started... THREE TIMES! Freezing up my PC for a few minutes. When I bought the game on steam, steam failed to integrate with origin, when I launched the game from steam it said the executable was missing. When I went into the binaries folder for the game, the exe was not in fact missing, however when I launched it it brought up origin with a window to input a CD key. However, the cd key was not for jedi fallen order, but for "Display name missing from registry." I also cannot get my CD key from steam because they removed the button from the library to access it, and instead require you to be ingame for it to pop up in the steam overlay. Long story short: fuck origin. Pirating it.

Game's name.Scene Group.rar in most cases. If the file has the correct size, which will be 5gb and maybe a little less for the last part, it's definitely not an ad.

Guys - i remember a piece of software that used to do this automatically back in the day i iused to use it and some people included it in their repacks.....you just added the exe to its list and then it changed the date to whatever you set just while you were playing that game then set it back to normal after you exited the game.... can anyone remember what it was called - it was free

My bad I just saw your question, the first part with powershell just requires the built in powershell programming app in windows (google it, its what I did) and then just made a bat file with notepad++ using the other smaller patch of coding from the original post.
Setting the date on your pc to october the 3rd 2019 fixed the crash on launch/startup, well at least it did for me, as well as deleting orangeemu64.dll which also helped.
CONCERNING THE CRASH ON STARTUP: The crack is a bit faulty, to fix it for now: set back your pc date/time a month and hope codex will fix it. Works 100%.
ok thats strange........i reinstalled the game like 3 times made sure every drivers and shits were updated, none of that work, then i saw adam's solution...... i am gonna try to reinstall it once more and turn the date back a few months...... i am not sure how to contact codex but if anyone can notify codex with this bug that would be great.....thanks.

you need to download all part 1-11 and extract all of it into the same folder. After that you can instal/setup the game (checklist copy codex file into game folder). done. 1 part about 5 Gb, so total 11 part ~55Gb.
You don't want the (FREE UNLOCKED) version, that's for downloading the files without the crack. this is the one you want to download if you want the game :)
try to update all the driver and see if any driver is missing or not. or check if your HDD / RAM have enough storage. Error might happen if there is not enough space in HDD or RAM for the game to extract.
Game is cracked and works 100% fine, I already have beaten the game with 100% completion. Make sure drivers are updated, make sure iso location and install location is added to windows defender firewall(it will detect the cracked files as a FALSE POSITIVE) prior to installation, make sure you meet pc requirements, make sure you check the box where it says "copy contents of Codex directory to installdir" while using the codex installer to install the game. If you have a black screen and game quits by itself, either go to task manager close the application from there and restart game or just sign out of windows and sign back in then restart game.
You skipped a step thus the message saying the crack has been blocked. Add the iso and install location as an exception to your firewalls prior to installation. This is all quite rudimentary when it comes to pirating games.

Yeah it's odd. I usually download at 1.2 megabyte/sec max. But when I make a copy of the file on my personal google drive and download it, The speed decreases to 0.6 megabyte/sec max.
Really not man. I was only playing 1080 p. And go on nexus mods. There's a mod that tweak performance. But you shouldn't need that honestly.. Try bringing it down to 1440p

Go into the codex file on whatever you're using and copy/move the whole sw file into the game file, it should ask for admin permission to overwrite the file and you would want to accept, then run as administrator to hopefully start playing the game.

I follow a youtuber that I personally trust and he explains the game this way: it's just a re-hash of gameplay elements from other games (most notably shadows die twice among others) and re-skinned to look like star wars universe. you have seen this kind of games before and you know it. the problem at its root is the lack of originality. it's like the people who worked on this knows star wars but doesn't know it at a much deeper level. for example, when you hear the phrase "I have the high ground", you KNOW that is a star wars reference. none of which is in this game at all. which makes the story very weak. no morality issues, no choosing between two evils, you know who's the villain and the hero at one glance it's almost like a show from cartoon network minus the bright colors and even blander plot. giving this game a 5/10 would be generous. personally that is why I moved to visual novels. if I'm gonna play the same rehashed game ANYWAY, I'd just play the same game over and over again (which explains my icon. my main hero in dota1 6.83). and if I wanted plot, visual novels give better story than these bland game plots.

Guys... It seems that it's a total lottery if you would be able to play this shit, or not. I started the game... Got excited... Waited for a whole day to download it... Reserved the whole afternoon to get immerse in the story... THEN it just died. Just like that after a little taste of 5 min gameplay. I tried the things that have been suggested here but nothing was able to bring it to life. Something have called me before, like a quiet whisper of intuition that said "just buy the game and be at peace." I didn't listen. Now I need to pay for that and be patient for another whole day... Just bough it on Origin... waiting...
And I even bought myself my favorite bar of chocolade for this special occasion. Disappointed, I just ate the whole thing. My little celebration ruined. Even it's taste was not as good as it would be when playing this game...

My game loads past the first few intro symbols like EA and LucasFilms and all that, but crashes after a few spins of the Rebel Alliance symbol. Also, my cursor is forced to the top left corner of the screen just before it crashes. Is there something wrong, or is my computer too slow? Edit: Works fine on my friend's pc, mine is just too slow.

I just can't seem to make this game launch...jesus christ. Rig : i5 7400 gtx 1060 8 gb ram so heres the issue I launch as administrator. you can see it running on the task bar with 30% cpu usage but not launching, someone here said to wait for 30 min but no hope for me :V. Also updated my drivers already
Also dont get me wrong on this...but have you changed the compatibility on the properties ? Right click launcher - properties - compatibility - uncheck the run this program as admin... if nothing works can you say what your system specs are and what operating system are you in ?
When i try to run the .exe file it says origin not installed. but when i try to run the http://origin.games.reg.tools file it is in another language and even after running it multiple times as admin and restarting my computer the game won't install. Am i missing something or what?

Got an error with part 1 with the CODEX\codex-star.wars.jedi.fallen.order.iso, how can i fix that ? I disabled my antivirus but it still give me the error. I tried with part 1 from all the site here but everyone just gave me the same result. Thanks in advence
I just copy the contents from CODEX\swgame...\Win64 and paste those files in the directory where the fg.bin - fg7.bin files are correct? if so then I did, but if i need to put them somewhere else that would make more since, do you know where?
I also just noticed in Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order\SwGame\Binaries\Win64\Core, there is activation.dll and activation64.dll but dont know what to do with it

So many people seem to love this game, but you have to follow the story in a completely linear fashion while the game is vague about where you're supposed to go and when. So, you can jump somewhere and end up so stuck that you have to RESTART YOUR ENTIRE GAME FROM THE BEGINNING. That is really, REALLY, sloppy development. And, in this day and age, they're not using save games. They're using CHECKPOINTS - which is a system from the old SNES era!
The game is what it wants to be and it does that well enough. If you dont like it move on, dont act entitled and complain when you didnt even invest in the devs.

WTF are you people smoking?? I've been playing the Souls series since Demon's Souls. I beat every single one of them MULTIPLE times - including Bloodborne. You don't end up having to restart your ENTIRE game over FROM THE BEGINNING if go somewhere you shouldn't. The difficulty doesn't bug me. And this is a STAR WARS GAME. It has nothing to do with the Souls series. The stories in the souls series are INTENTIONALLY vague. In Star Wars games, they're not. Call of Duty?! WTF? What the hell has happened to this site? Are you kidding me? that series (souls) has a lot of game breaking bugs. I have to restart my game 3 times in the whole series but that´s another history. You complains about the checkpoints and some other stuff that´s normal in soul series and you are a veteran of the series, so i really don´t get it (in fact i like it). Star wars games has a lot of diferent genres so this jedi fallen order it´s like a souls game but with a lot better narrative. Maybe fallen order is not a perfect game, but it´s a very good game with a lot of the spirit of souls saga.
People, stop asking for updates here. The latest updates for this game will have to be cracked again by a scene group before they can be uploaded here. We don't control how fast the scene groups crack the new updates, so you're just gonna have to be patient.

after 10hours+ game keeps slowing (like fps drop to 1 and stay like that) for no reason idk why, does anyone have the same issue? and one more thing that slowing doesn't effect the sound just visuals solved it, its about my xbox controller turned it off and on again and its fixed
That problem it´s because we need the update ASAP. Is not a controller issue or specs issue (if you´re playing this game on a potato then that´s the problem) the update fixes all this problems.

So I installed the game used the crack in the setup , everything works perfect (don't start the game twice a the same time or Origin will start) I played until I get to the Ice cave in Zeffo but through all my time playing the game I got lags and freeze , the game crash time to time, had the bug with the skill making the game crash too thx for the soluce, only the freeze left... I have a good enough setup so I don't think that's the problem here

To anyone who experience the game crash when attempting to buy skill, you can delete the mp4 files in the game directory. Go to StarWarsJediFallenOrder/Swgame/Contents/Movies. Delete all mp4 files and skill tree folder.

Guys need help, came across a game breaking bug where i cant proceed, I reach the tomb of miktrull and after i solve the puzzle to take me up to imperial headquarters. I realize i missed 1 chest, so i decide to go back down, and after i found it, and decide to get back up, everytime i took that lift i keep on falling through the map/lift and cant go back up, any help on how to fix this?

You put it in the wrong folder. How do some of you have such difficulty with something SO simple? Installed Folder>SwGame>Binaries oh look the Win64 folder is in there. Why did you go to move the Win64 folder? Why didn't you go move the SWGame folder, but instead opened it, then opened another folder to see the Win64 folder? It makes no sense.

I downloaded this crack and it would take me to origin so i blocked it in my firewall so it wont go online and go to origin but now its saying origin is running and cannot connect to orange emu and i used task manager to close origin and it still wont work help plz ... also when i go to sw game then binaries then win64 there is no orange emu file should it be there and not on the front page next to the other exe file? anyway if u know anything plz help
Did you actually apply the crack? If you don't apply the crack then it will load up Origin and want you to buy the game you're trying to steal. You have to apply the crack that is within the iso file.
I deleted the game and on the installer where it says apply the codex file to install dir this time i clicked that instead of doing it by myself. Thanks for the help anyway
I launch the game and it just runs in the background ive tried to delete the OrangeEmu file and tried launching from Nvida but it either just runs in the background or runs in the background then closes after a few seconds. How do i fix it? Thanks.
you have to take it out of run as administrator and it should work To do that you have to right click the application go to properties and then click the compatibility tab and unclick the run as administrator box and then click the appy button and it should work or at least it did for me

Did you even bother cracking it? if you did, did you give it enough time to actually load up? I have an SSD and this game starts up slow for me. I can only imagine how bad it is for people with normal hard drives. Lastly... Have you even bothered reading through the comments to read the fixes that worked for other people? You claim below that you did not like the game, but you never got to try it so how would you know? You also must have had interest in it as you took the time to download it. Why throw all that bandwidth away just because you gave up before even trying anything? Seems silly to me.

You try to solve the problem by accessing your game folder in SwGame / Binaries / Win64 and deleting the http://OrangeEmu64.dell file. Then try entering the game again and wait a moment.
It's not damaged. if it says it's corrupt for you, you need to download it again as there was an error while downloading the data, which corrupted that part as it was downloading. You can either get it from megaup again, or one of the other file hosts... All of the links are interchangeable. Meaning you can grab the same part from different file hosts and it will work just fine as they are all the same compressed archive.

Hi, if you have downloaded language pack, you have to delete the "WwiseAudio" folder in \SwGame\Content. However, if this folder doesn't appear and you don't have English voices, download "pakchunk2-WindowsNoEditor.pak" file and place it in : \SwGame\Content\Paks. Normally, the game should work with English voices.

But ur "problem" is listet. Extract part 1 (other parts auto-extract because they're bound with part1) then in the extracted folder you have to click on the setup.exe (it an executable, idk why u want to use any other file) where the next window will open up (carefully, its loud music commin' with it). Other downloads are similar. Ther just older games or small gamses without any setup. Ther u can just use the .exe to simply start the game. The crack files are never included in any game-files. Either there is an option to auto-copy files or u have to do it by urself. The filling folder is named by the Scene Group (Codex, plaza...blabla) or simply "Crack" (the games without .iso are fully cracked, no need to copy smth) I hope this will solve your problem.
Aye, i'd to learn how to use the different cracks and folder by myself. But for this game: Download all parts in one folder (example named: SWJ:TFO) after all -> extract the file *...part1.rar (it automatically extract all 11 parts to one big folder) go into this folder and click on the "setup.exe" (carefull, loud music will apear) now u have a window with header "Codex". From here on read the sentences which is written. Use ur prefered settings but check the box which say "Copy Codex ... to installdir" (highly important or u have to do it afterwards by urself). Let the launcher do his work and after this press "finish" or whatever the window show u and use the the game like u want to. I recommend to close steam and disconnect ur internet. I'm using windows 10. So i can auto-mount any iso files. If u use win 7 or 8 u have to install Daemon Tools too. (at this point, the tutorial will tell you EVERYTHING, including where u can download Daemon Tools) Greetings and open for more questions :')

be sure you have copied the crack to installatioin directory, add excecptions to your antivirus & firewall also try launching with admin privaliges. GL
It's fault of the game. :) Almost everyone have FPS drops. Apparently the patch 1.02 fixes this or the new patch will fix it, because the developers are working on it

Seems like some have it and some don't. Usually there is a crack downloaded with installer. Seems like dl didn't have one. From games in the past, I have never had a problem dl w/ the codex. Did this dl not have the codex?
LOL I FINALLY FOUND AN SOLUTION! I'm using an notebook and ultrawide monitor. Game can't simple just run on ultrawide monitor. so I just unplugged hdmi to ultrawide and the game works. anw, does some1 playing it on ultrawide monitor? Game works on my notebook screen but it's kind frustating not using the monitor.
That was one of the crack files, not a virus. They almost always get detected by various antivirus programs as viruses, it's known as a False-Positive. In reality, these files that get detected are files that have been modified in order to make an illegal copy of a game (like this one) work correctly. In addition, IGG scans all games before uploading. There are no viruses or malware uploaded to this site.
There may be problems later on. Or maybe not. To tell the truth, I don't completely understand how the crack files work (if I did, I'd be working as a game cracker), but what I can tell you for sure is that it wasn't a virus, so you don't have to worry about that. Just be sure to whitelist game installation folders in the future, as you may end up having to deal with your antivirus rendering a cracked game unplayable by deleting key crack files.
When I used to get that issue, I just made a 10GB page file. Never had that problem after that. I've since reduced the size of it as wll as that's a big page file to have . So just play it by ear I say.

Now the game works and boots up with no problems on Win 10, I installed the game on Win 7 x64 Ultimate before and gave me that problem. I don't know, but on the minimum specs game supports Win 7 as well. I am currently running this game on Win 10 x64 Pro. Thank you for your help anyways.

This game is buggy even with updated drivers. Weird random stutters and slowdowns. I know they apparently fixed it with a patch on the official release but just to release something so shoddy like that is embarrassing. Not shocking a game filled with bugs is from EA Games.
Why do you have to be a clown ass troll? You can do a simple search and see many people are having issues and there's websites talking about patches being released for the game to fix the issue.

you must copy the "wwiseaudio" folder into the "content folder" and change in the folder "pak" the file into "pakchunk2-WindowsNoEditor.pak-backup" the -backup at the end is the important change, thats all what i did and know hope that can help you

Same for me. Your uploaded German Voice pack isnt german, when you open the folder wwwiseaudio it says english(us) not german. There arent german files in there so its not working in german

But all the people have problems cause its the wrong instruction you gave. Changd that damn .pak file to -backup, put the wwiseaudio folder into the content folder and changed everything in codex.cfg to de_DE but it doesnt work. Still no voices, and no german voices either. It doesnt work. And no one got it working, change the instructions and add to every step a screenshot or do a video, because when you do everything what you said its not working.

Sorry if I took time to answer, maybe you figured by yourself. But if not: First download the language pack you need from Starblunter's link then extract it, now you should have a folder called "Content". After that go in the game folder called "Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order" and move inside what you just extracted. To be sur if it worked just go here: Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order\SwGame\Content and you should see the WwiseAudio folder (don't touch it) Now in "Content" folder go in "Paks" and rename : "pakchunk2-WindowsNoEditor.pak" in "pakchunk2-WindowsNoEditor.pak-backup" Just add "-backup" at the end or delete it, but it's more safe to keep it. (if you don't see the .pak at the end, go in "View" on the upper part of the File Explorer and check:"file name's extension" on the right) Wow, sorry if you didn't understand everything I said.😅

I just figured out the fix for it not loading after you apply the crack. If you have this issue simply do Ctrl + Alt + Del Click Task Manager. Click Details (after you clicked on the icon to launch it) right click Starwars properties. Click Compatibility uncheck "Run this program as an Admin" and you are good.

I downloaded the torrent and applied the cracked. Everything worked normal until I went to launch it. And, then nothing would happen (no icon would show up at the bottom of the bar). Only way I knew it was attempting to run was CTRL + ALT + DEL through the taskbar manager. Which is how I would have to close it because it wouldn't load... Any ideas how to fix this?
Will do. I tried it both ways last night and no go. So, I un-installed it and trying to reapply the Codex crack and see if maybe that will fix it. This is a dumb question, but I don't need to disable anything to have it run without the admin right? It's just the matter of right clicking run admin or "normal"?
Boring climbing. Very grindy gameplay stupid Dark Souls ripoff, there are glitches stutter and bugs the keyboard controls are bad and the camera is trash. Stupid ovepowered enemies that respawn all the time in the same areas. Jedi Fallen order is A VERY BORING GAME don't waste time downloading you don't miss much
"grindy gameplay" wut? Do you even know what "grindy" means? "Dark Souls ripoff" Souls like is a sub-genre now. Get over it. "camera is trash" it really isn't. "overpowered enemies" dude this is nothing compared to most souls like. You just suck. "respawn all the timein the same areas" in your word "Dark souls ripoff". Only really valid complain here are the glitches
Enemies are not overpowered, you need to parry and dodge. It is recommended you setup your own keybinds with keyboard or just use a controller to play. Enemies don't respawn unless you go heal during meditation(usually won't need it unless you suck at parry and dodging). This Star Wars game is great especially when you start new game mode on Jedi Master, for those that aren't good at games like the dude in the first comment I'd suggest you go Story mode. I'm already 20 hours into the game at Jedi Master difficulty with 83% game completion. You can cheese enemies at some doorway entries. Force push and pull boxes at Dathomir to kill enemies for you. At lots of spots you can simply force pull or push enemies off the cliff(Extremely useful on purge troopers and bounty hunters). You can also use height as an advantage to your fights(locations where enemies can not reach, you would wait a bit then go for a drop down attack, rinse and repeat). You can also outrun all enemies in the game when you are going to new spots you haven't explored yet.(Agile Deflection recommended asap)
When you use iso installer, there's an option to have the installer apply the crack to the game during installation. If you aren't using the installer to apply the crack you would have to copy the contents of the codex folder within the iso to the root folder of the game.
Works great! Was kind of nervous at first because the sound was very stuttering and the voice acting didn't sync up with the mouths, but it all fixed itself pretty fast.
As DS8 said I believe this is just the basic one. Because when I looked at the Fallen Order Full it is still requiring a Crack to be created. So, personally I'll probably just hang tight for a week or so. Until the Deluxe is cracked.

If downloaded the correct Torrent, you should see a file called codex-star.wars.jedi.fallen.order (Disc Image File). Double click and there is a launcher saying setup click it. And, then Codex will launch which you will select "Copy content of CODEX dir to installdir". After it's complete click finish and close.

C'est le bon pack audio les gars, c'est vrai que la manière de faire un peu étrange mais ça fonctionne : 1/ Renommer le fichier "pakchunk2-WindowsNoEditor.pak" (en .old) dans "..\SwGame\Content\Paks" 2/ Après, ouvrez l'ISO du pack audio et vous copiez le dossier SwGame de l'ISO directement dans le dossier racine de l'installation, il va vous copier plus de 10 000 fichiers et ne va pas vous demander d'écraser des fichiers, c'est normal. 2-bis/ Ou alors, vous pouvez directement copier le dossier "WwiseAudio" de l'ISO dans le dossier "SwGame\Content", c'est vous qui voyez ;) 3/ Normalement, après la manip, dans le dossier "SwGame\Content" vous devriez avoir un nouveau dossier nommé "WwiseAudio" qui contient toutes les voix FR, le jeu sait où les trouver, c'est la version "extraite" du .pak d'origine de la version FR. Optionnel / Après ce que j'ai fait, dans le fichier "codex.cfg" du dossier "SwGame\Binaries\Win64", j'ai modifié tous les "us_US" en "fr_FR", je ne sais pas si ça change quelque chose... I guess when you say task manager you mean it's on the background processes and not on the main apps... the time that it takes to open varies even on my end.. So if it's been like 2 realtime minutes then yes, kill it and re-run it.. but most of the time it works it just might take a while..

They became corrupted during the download. The files are fine otherwise. You just had bad luck. For future reference, just grab corrupt parts again (from a different host if possible) to resolve that issue.

To answer you question @Auto King I tried pasting the crack again like @Myasma said, I tried reinstalling the whole game again, nothing worked... Thus far my only option is to wait for nvidia's hotfix and play the game with a single upgrade (I only managed to get the vertical slash)

Another update, apparently, if you mass spam esc right as you learn the skills that have the demo, you can learn the skill. Need some more experimentation, but seems to work. And no idea about what coding is involved.

Yes, after confirming to learn the skill, as soon as it's done, mass spam esc button, it directly exited the demo video and goes back to meditation menu.
Err.. Another update, it works for some skills, but lightsaber skills mostly will auto shutdown, however, it will save the skill learnt. So there's that. Super annoying but it works. Have fun!
Ok. I tried out your way and it works! It can work 100% of the time if you start hitting the esc as soon as you see the "holding line" appear behind the "purchase" button
I FINALLY found the ultimate solution to the issue... no more button mashing or crashing... simply go to your installation directory, search for mp4 files and straight out delete them (or cut/paste them in a folder outside of the game's directory). After purchasing each ability a white window will pop up, simply hit esc to close it and enjoy the game! The mp4's are bugged.
alright sad part and confirmed part. it's might because win 8.1 for sure because i just got same problem in 8.1 and i also try hotfix 441.34 in 8.1 nothing work so i just try hard a bit took me 4 and a half hour install window 10 and now i can upgrade the skill perfectly fine! and one more thing the frame rate problem that happen to me also fixed now i can even play it in maximum setting now like yester day even lowest setting i can't stand 60 FPS somehow. so cheer up mate.

Aaah, such a shame that the files are not in a pack file like the original one. Those thousends of little files are bad for HDD, now my game stutters sometimes, I guess its because of access time for those little files. One huge file is better for HDD. Is there a way to pack the files?
the .pak files (containing voices elsewhere) are compressed folders (like .zip). The game unpacks them in the background when you execute it. So it's basically the same, whether it's a folder with multiple files or a .pak file.
no its not the same, because the pak file get read into the RAM, and unpacked there, then the game will acces RAM if it need some voice file. with your solutioin game needs to access hard drive. RAM ofcourse has higher transfer ratios and faster access time than a hard drive so it is better to read one huge file into the RAM from hard drive than hundreds of small ones.

Works for me I had to right click on icon and open as admin. Uncheckijg that bix made the game bot work.. so try what I said.. it should work. If u get a dark screen give it a minute it will load
Click on the exe right click hit properties. Compatibility tab. U check run in administration mode. Then try opening it. Then if that dont work right click on icon and run as admin.. that's what worked for me in that order
your problem probably is hardware limitation and you simply cant run the game due to your specs , that or i thinnk you need to have the orgin launcher installed
It runs very well, but I heard this isn't the version of the game with the nov 18th patch, that patch fixed a lot of issues maybe if you wait a day they will give us the patch. If stuttering is your problem, turn on vsync and limit frames to 60, that fixed it for me.
Copy and paste the files in the CODEX folder into your game files, works like a charm for me. You don't need to uninstall origin, just keep it closed while playing.

That's a make or break it element of this game. How much you can enjoy, learn, and adapt to the rhythm and timing of the combat akin more to Sekiro/Nioh (mainly for how tight and freeing combat can be in that game, but this one feels more weightier and intentionally). Having beat it, the game can be beaten at a reasonable time and on the game focused difficulty (Jedi Knight/Master). I enjoyed it and feel it would be a good palette cleaner if Episode IX does become a disjointed mess of a finale on release.

I found out how to fix it. Copy the CODEX folder from the setup folder (if you have done this by copying via the launcher just overright the files) and then right click and run as admin
You do realize IGG doesn't crack the games, they just upload them for us to download, therefore they have zero control over what languages are included with the game...you get that, right?

Mit WinRar geht es gleich gar nicht erst los, WinRar meldet nur, dass keine Archive vorhanden sind. 7Zip hält immer nach rund 5140MB verarbeiteten Daten an, was die erste Datei wäre, wenn man davon ausgehen könnte, dass die Angaben tatsächlich eine Reihenfolge beim Entpacken bedingen, was ich nicht glaube. Ich habe auch schon einen Ordner mit den vier Dateien, aber natürlich ist das Image fehlerhaft, was auch als Fehler angegeben wird: "Datei konnte nicht bereitgestellt werden" ist der Name des Fenster und drinnen steht noch "Die Datenträgerimagedatei ist beschädigt.". Frustrierend. Ich würde es ja nochmal neu laden, ich habe bei meinem Anbieter nur 100GB im Monat, bis die Leitung gedrosselt wird. ;-/
Control definitely has a souls vibe to it, actually thinking about that now, this new star wars game could be compared more to a "souls vibe" rather than a "soulslike". Then GoW is just you're average rough and gritty shooter. That was an odd comparison for that one. Understood the Control comparison a lot more.
WATCH OUT for MegaUp's popups. This is the third time I've been downloading from that site and the popups hard-froze my browser and PC. If you enable a blocker, the site locks you out with a screen that says 'Disable Ad Blocker'. Anyone have this happen and found a workaround?
if you are an expert using adblockers you can bypass those things i have been using megaup more than anything else and never have problems avoiding ads
I have a workaround for avoiding MegaUp's "Disable Ad-Blocker" screen, as well as any other screen on the internet that asks the user to disable their ad blocker. just finished downloading via google drive, get "origin seems to be running no communication with orange is possible" when i try to launch the game with origin running, it doesnt run at all otherwise, i installed the crack correctly. any idea how to fix this?
NEVER download the 'Free Unlocked' versions. Several of us learned by the 3rd or 4th time we had to re-download the whole game when the crack came out.
is there suppose to be like 7 installers that apparently install the same file? and these "order files" are they even a thing? or is the person who cracked it just dumb and made it an order file by accident.
They split them up because some peoples browsers have a download size limit. They use to do 1 gig instead of 5, but you need to download all of them then open up the first one and extract. Once extracted you can delete all the download files.
If you're asking why theres part 1 - 11 for download then I'm assuming theres a size limit on these sites so this game has to be broken up into multiple zip files to be posted. You have to download them all and extract them into one file.
when i first downloaded them, it gave me installers for most of them instead of rars. They were suspicious since they said files from 2015 so i deleted em as soon as i realized and went to redownload and got the rars.
You didn't download the game files. Game files will always be compressed with a rar format. If you're downloading anything else it's an ad, and potentially a virus.

TRANSLATION: I bought the game a few days ago, and I have to say, it isn't very good. Lots of puzzles and only 5 different soldiers in 6 hours. The AI is very bad; on easy mode, it is a very easy win, and you can win even when only pressing the attack button; however on normal mode you will lose. Yes, you can request crack only. Alternatively you can request they update the full unlock page with the crack file. There is a reason they make those pages.
its how its always been "full unlock" means the game is not cracked and is provided as the developers have released it, "why would someone do that?" you might be asking and the reason is for many reasons including: the official servers are too slow (looking at rockstar specifically here). "free download" means it has been cracked. also by know every site has confirmed it is cracked.

Sure EA is the publisher, but the devs are Respawn. Made Apex and Titanfall. So far they are a great company that have made honest games, so if you still choose not to support this, then that's why every company EA acquires goes to shit down the line. Here we have them returning to steam, releasing a legit single player star wars game (fucking finally, RIP 1313), and it's GOOD. I get people not having money but hell, I worked extra and bought the game. It's god damn worth it.
EA Owns the licensing rights for Star Wars games. I'd personally prefer to give them money for a good single player experience that isn't riddled with microtransactions, in the hopes they will see it as a success and make more games like that. If they don't deem it a success, they'll just go back to the microtransaction riddled crap most big companies peddle off as gaming now.

Learn piracy/industry terms if you're going to enter that world. Files when being downloaded via steam are "locked" behind a compression extension when preloaded. Once installed they are "unlocked" meaning they are no longer in the compressed format. These files for download are literally unlocked, meaning they are no longer compressed. What else are the supposed to call them? "Files that have been downloaded and uncompressed from their compressed file format?" Really rolls off the tongue that does. The term makes sense, it's not their fault you don't take the time to educate yourself and whine because you don't understand basic terminology...
Problem with that is, with it being "uncracked" there is no demoner letting you know that the game is in it';s unlocked state. If you download locked files, they are completely useless to you. They are also something that can be downloaded as well. You don't go to a different country expecting them to speak your language just because you speak it do you? Most games with Denuvo get cracked, what you need to realize is this is all manual work and takes weeks/months to do. Manually disabling thousands of checks throughout the whole game potentially. Some companies have used Denuvo so extreme that there have been hundreds of checks per minute of gameplay... Denuvo can be a resource hog of a DRM (anti tamper protocol) if it's abused by the ones using it. EA... well... they may end up going to that extreme, which may end up causing issues for some people and even causing delays in it being cracked. As things stand now ,this game isn't even released to the public yet, so no one can play it, let alone crack it unless Origin/Steam messes up and pushes out a DRM free version of the exe file. That has happened in the past (with FFXV for example) but that's not common, so don't hold your breath. If you can't wait, then go buy it instead...

No, if you buy the standard version, that's all that will be unlocked when you download the license key on launch day. I'd be nice if it worked like the way you hoped, but unfortunately it does not. The deluxe version isn't worth the extra money in my opinion anyway. A couple of cosmetic items as well as some stuff to look at. Anything that isn't an in game item will be available ot see on Youtube on launch day, so I say save the money and just watch a video on the behind the scenes stuff.

The only thing that changed between the game working fine and not is when I changed NVIDA settings for the game to get better FPS, but the game played fine even after I optimized the settings, and still crashed after I restored to default settings.
I checked a Reddit thread and it said that the game checks for the year the game is launched and crashes when the year that the current version of the game was released does not match that of your PC system's year (#). In my case, the crack's update is in 2020, and it just turned 2021, which matches the time between my game working and when it doesn't: the update was in 2020, it runs fine in December 2020, and now stops working in January 2021.
The Reddit thread proposed a solution where you match the game's version's year to your PC's system year by either changing it or, more preferably, use a third party software to run the game in 2021 (check the thread). Either way, I'm posting this here and coming back later for and update. Crossing my fingers.

I tried downloading the game multiple times but i always have unzip corruptions.
The game runs amazing and the story is really good, so is the combat and gameplay overall.
I played it on the highest specs possible and it's really a treat.
a must play for star wars fans.
Btw even though it has souls like elements it's not a souls like game, especially when it comes to difficulty, I started the game on the third difficulty(out of 4) which's supposed to be challenging and I died less than 10 times, it was mostly pretty easy.

Definitely play it on its hardest difficulty for the best experience, especially if you're a Soulsborne veteran.

Update: I actually found out the game starts for a short amount of time in the background apps section of task manager before it quits and doesn't start. whatever that's worth.
- Block the game in your firewall (both inbound and outbound).
- Add the game folder to your Antivirus exception.
- Backup OrangeEmu64.dll and rename to OrangeEmu.dll
- Install Origin if the game still doesn't launch.
*No need to change dates anymore.The game usually takes longer on my end to launch, so just look at your task manager as well. It's usually around 17% for a while at the Background Process section before moving towards the Apps section before launching.
Also, for those who want to have the gamepad working but unable to, try putting x360ce or x360ce_x64 where your game exe is and run that before running the game.
I blocked the game in Firewall "adanvced options" so the game works (no need to change Windows date/time).
Nevermind, I found danikoh2 update v4. If all fails, must run game without his updates.

If you have a black screen and game quits by itself, either go to task manager close the application from there and restart game or just sign out of windows and sign back in then restart game.
You skipped a step thus the message saying the crack has been blocked. Add the iso and install location as an exception to your firewalls prior to installation.
This is all quite rudimentary when it comes to pirating games.

it's just a re-hash of gameplay elements from other games (most notably shadows die twice among others) and re-skinned to look like star wars universe. you have seen this kind of games before and you know it.
the problem at its root is the lack of originality. it's like the people who worked on this knows star wars but doesn't know it at a much deeper level. for example, when you hear the phrase "I have the high ground", you KNOW that is a star wars reference. none of which is in this game at all. which makes the story very weak. no morality issues, no choosing between two evils, you know who's the villain and the hero at one glance it's almost like a show from cartoon network minus the bright colors and even blander plot. giving this game a 5/10 would be generous.
personally that is why I moved to visual novels. if I'm gonna play the same rehashed game ANYWAY, I'd just play the same game over and over again (which explains my icon. my main hero in dota1 6.83). and if I wanted plot, visual novels give better story than these bland game plots.
I started the game... Got excited... Waited for a whole day to download it... Reserved the whole afternoon to get immerse in the story... THEN it just died. Just like that after a little taste of 5 min gameplay.

Star wars games has a lot of diferent genres so this jedi fallen order it´s like a souls game but with a lot better narrative.

I have a custom RTX2080Ti and I don't see any differences. This game don't really need a RTX2060 to run smoothly in HD or higher with full details.

To do that you have to right click the application go to properties and then click the compatibility tab and unclick the run as administrator box and then click the appy button and it should work or at least it did for me
Lastly... Have you even bothered reading through the comments to read the fixes that worked for other people?
You claim below that you did not like the game, but you never got to try it so how would you know? You also must have had interest in it as you took the time to download it. Why throw all that bandwidth away just because you gave up before even trying anything?

The crack files are never included in any game-files. Either there is an option to auto-copy files or u have to do it by urself. The filling folder is named by the Scene Group (Codex, plaza...blabla) or simply "Crack" (the games without .iso are fully cracked, no need to copy smth)
I hope this will solve your problem.
But for this game:
Download all parts in one folder (example named: SWJ:TFO) after all -> extract the file *...part1.rar (it automatically extract all 11 parts to one big folder) go into this folder and click on the "setup.exe" (carefull, loud music will apear) now u have a window with header "Codex". From here on read the sentences which is written. Use ur prefered settings but check the box which say "Copy Codex ... to installdir" (highly important or u have to do it afterwards by urself). Let the launcher do his work and after this press "finish" or whatever the window show u and use the the game like u want to. I recommend to close steam and disconnect ur internet.
I'm using windows 10. So i can auto-mount any iso files. If u use win 7 or 8 u have to install Daemon Tools too. (at this point, the tutorial will tell you EVERYTHING, including where u can download Daemon Tools)

Changd that damn .pak file to -backup, put the wwiseaudio folder into the content folder and changed everything in codex.cfg to de_DE but it doesnt work.
Still no voices, and no german voices either. It doesnt work.

First download the language pack you need from Starblunter's link then extract it, now you should have a folder called "Content".
After that go in the game folder called "Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order" and move inside what you just extracted.

and you should see the WwiseAudio folder (don't touch it)
Now in "Content" folder go in "Paks" and rename :

CTRL + ALT + DEL through the taskbar manager. Which is how I would have to close it because it wouldn't load... Any ideas how to fix this?
You can also outrun all enemies in the game when you are going to new spots you haven't explored yet.(Agile Deflection recommended asap)
If you aren't using the installer to apply the crack you would have to copy the contents of the codex folder within the iso to the root folder of the game.

codex-star.wars.jedi.fallen.order (Disc Image File). Double click and there is a launcher saying setup click it. And, then Codex will launch which you will select "Copy content of CODEX dir to installdir". After it's complete click finish and close.

2/ Après, ouvrez l'ISO du pack audio et vous copiez le dossier SwGame de l'ISO directement dans le dossier racine de l'installation, il va vous copier plus de 10 000 fichiers et ne va pas vous demander d'écraser des fichiers, c'est normal.
2-bis/ Ou alors, vous pouvez directement copier le dossier "WwiseAudio" de l'ISO dans le dossier "SwGame\Content", c'est vous qui voyez ;)
3/ Normalement, après la manip, dans le dossier "SwGame\Content" vous devriez avoir un nouveau dossier nommé "WwiseAudio" qui contient toutes les voix FR, le jeu sait où les trouver, c'est la version "extraite" du .pak d'origine de la version FR.
Optionnel / Après ce que j'ai fait, dans le fichier "codex.cfg" du dossier "SwGame\Binaries\Win64", j'ai modifié tous les "us_US" en "fr_FR", je ne sais pas si ça change quelque chose...
C'est le même principe d'extraction des ".pak" quand on a un problème de stutering dans les jeux, on extrait les fichiers pour pas que le moteur du jeu n'ai à le faire, ça permet moins de micro-chargement, d'ailleurs, ça devrait pouvoir fonctionner pour ce jeu aussi normalement ;)

To answer you question @Auto King I tried pasting the crack again like @Myasma said, I tried reinstalling the whole game again, nothing worked...
Thus far my only option is to wait for nvidia's hotfix and play the game with a single upgrade (I only managed to get the vertical slash)
And no idea about what coding is involved.
Otherwise wouldn't hitting the esc, while holding the button down to unlock the skill, simply exit the meditation menu?

because i just got same problem in 8.1 and i also try hotfix 441.34 in 8.1 nothing work so i just try hard a bit took me 4 and a half hour install window 10 and now i can upgrade the skill perfectly fine!
and one more thing the frame rate problem that happen to me also fixed now i can even play it in maximum setting now like yester day even lowest setting i can't stand 60 FPS somehow.

7Zip hält immer nach rund 5140MB verarbeiteten Daten an, was die erste Datei wäre, wenn man davon ausgehen könnte, dass die Angaben tatsächlich eine Reihenfolge beim Entpacken bedingen, was ich nicht glaube.
Ich habe auch schon einen Ordner mit den vier Dateien, aber natürlich ist das Image fehlerhaft, was auch als Fehler angegeben wird: "Datei konnte nicht bereitgestellt werden" ist der Name des Fenster und drinnen steht noch "Die Datenträgerimagedatei ist beschädigt.". Frustrierend.
Ich würde es ja nochmal neu laden, ich habe bei meinem Anbieter nur 100GB im Monat, bis die Leitung gedrosselt wird. ;-/

I bought the game a few days ago, and I have to say, it isn't very good. Lots of puzzles and only 5 different soldiers in 6 hours. The AI is very bad; on easy mode, it is a very easy win, and you can win even when only pressing the attack button; however on normal mode you will lose. The first 15 minutes are the only good minutes. Sorry, but it's true.

"full unlock" means the game is not cracked and is provided as the developers have released it, "why would someone do that?" you might be asking and the reason is for many reasons including: the official servers are too slow (looking at rockstar specifically here).
"free download" means it has been cracked. also by know every site has confirmed it is cracked.

How could IGG post this game on here without a crack! ;-; it hurts, I want to play it so damn bad...but alas, I cannot, for a magical wall of nope by the name of Denuvo has denied access to the magical treasures that which lies behind.

Bills come first, and sadly, rent, hydro, food, phone and car bills are more important than a game and after I pay all that, I have nothing left, I can't even afford internet, I go to my local college/library to use their computers and internet.
I'm sure some day, kids will understand that, not everyone has the money to buy things, or has parents that can just cough up their money to appease said kids into happiness because they have no spine.

Steam and Origin refund policies render this attempt at an excuse invalid. It's fine to admit you do it due to lack of resources so no need to drum up more reasons that don't hold water. I also don't see a need for you to be so snippy to the person you were replying to.

Here we have them returning to steam, releasing a legit single player star wars game (fucking finally, RIP 1313), and it's GOOD. I get people not having money but hell, I worked extra and bought the game. It's god damn worth it.
If they don't deem it a success, they'll just go back to the microtransaction riddled crap most big companies peddle off as gaming now.

This Star Wars the Fallen Order game is the first good game in such a long time.
I bought it because they are finally stepping up their game
I kinda wanna try it, I mean I hear and read all the hate, but I like to experience it myself...different perspectives and all that.
But I love Sim City, and The Sims, both fun games, the Dragon Age series are some of my top games.
Battlefield, Titanfall (haven't played 2) Spore, Mirrors Edge, Starwars Knights of the Old republic....I believe Far Cry as well? all awesome games and very fun...but that is my perspective.
I could probably name more games that I love from EA/Origin, but I'm not at home so I can't look at my collection, those are just off the top of my head that I play/played the fuck out of.
Maxis (Sim City)... which EA bought and prevented to continue their
creation -thats why they are hated on.

Denuvo can be a resource hog of a DRM (anti tamper protocol) if it's abused by the ones using it. EA... well... they may end up going to that extreme, which may end up causing issues for some people and even causing delays in it being cracked.
As things stand now ,this game isn't even released to the public yet, so no one can play it, let alone crack it unless Origin/Steam messes up and pushes out a DRM free version of the exe file. That has happened in the past (with FFXV for example) but that's not common, so don't hold your breath.
If you can't wait, then go buy it instead...

I'd be nice if it worked like the way you hoped, but unfortunately it does not.
The deluxe version isn't worth the extra money in my opinion anyway. A couple of cosmetic items as well as some stuff to look at.
Anything that isn't an in game item will be available ot see on Youtube on launch day, so I say save the money and just watch a video on the behind the scenes stuff.
