first 2 hour of the VN: it is an ojou-sama VN and the MC is actually from a poor family that has entered a prestigious school via scholarship. he needed to keep this a secret for some reason (probably some kind of social class thing). some bitch got wind of this secret of his and uses that as blackmail to perform a play which hinders his time working, schooling etc and somehow the MC just accepts it as that. now he has to play dark souls of visual novels except it isn't. still the same icha-icha moments with heroines.
Well the translate is little mess, got dialog (translating) that not same or wrong with their speaking and there is some dialog that still not translating xD (using patch +18 here) , dunno about who use all age patch
