Pretty much. Handles okay and it has most of the "kart" trappings... It's just meh to play, when compared to MK / Blur / Gas Guzzlers / ATV & Tricks etc., et al., ad infinitum...
You use "unironically" incorrectly (as a neologism). "Irony" derives from Latin, and the negative forms of terms that are Latin, take the prefix "in" -- "un" is [generally] for words of German etymology. the developer/publisher can add tags
if its true that users can do that just imagine the abuse of tags
