1995 era all over again with this game's gameplay. And the premise of gameplay did not seduced me in to playing it just like bullet girls phantasia(which was REALLY good experience both for me and my weak PC) seduced me in to playing it with its premise and game art. I'll be fair with rating it and skip it straight away.

Are you sure you got the R18 patch correctly patched on the game? I downloaded from another source which are prepatched, and does get the R18 scene in about 30 mins into the game, woo-ing the first girl introduced in the game..
