Not everyone knows about emulators or is as tech savvy as you or I to setup emulators. This appeals to that audience, this is also released on the PS4, Xbox One and Switch for those who don't have PC's to get emulators on or who don't know how to set them up on their phones.

Imagine being so fucking stupid that you can't download a ROM file from the internet. Emulators are as accesible as ever nowadays and literally every phone app store has them.

also, who doesn't have a PC that can emulate the fucking genesis but has a ps4/switch?

Jesus, why so aggressive . Not everyone is privileged enough to own all consoles plus a computer. You also can't assume everyone knows how to get emulators or know how to configure them. There are people out there who don't. But yea man, calm don't a little bit lol.

i'm not saying you have to be you 6 IQ mongrel, anyone has a PC that can run a genesis emulator, even a mexican kid that needs to eat breadcrumbs and milk as his breakfast, lunch and supper, what i am saying is that you can find tutorials as old as to be uploaded 2007 that tell you how to install an emulator.
this "game" is cashgrab for brainlets, like you

Haha you're fun to talk to but, not everyone can go out and buy a computer or laptop and your telling me that someone who can't afford food and has to scrounge for bread crumbs can buy something that cost $300 - $1,000? Right, and apparently I'm the "6 IQ mongrel brainlet". Also, it would be pretty stupid to look for a guide in "2007" for an emulator that's been updated in the past 3 years. Also, SNES would have more supporting Emulators than Genesis, could just use RetroArch it has both.
Let's break down my thought process on this, Ok?
Part One - Being Tech Savvy
Errors - "Not everyone knows about emulators or is as tech savvy as you or I to setup emulators."
This goes out to the Kids, Young Adults and the Older community that are new to the World of Digital Content. (If the child's mommy and daddies could afford a computer or Grandma or Grandpa could afford it off their retirement funds.)
No one is automatically going to know what to really look for, of course you can google "Play SNES on PC" which would yield results for an emulator, but then in this generation of Xbox and newer PlayStation's. A child may google "Play Xbox 360/one/PS4 on PC" which will yield results for Virus fueled downloads which wouldn't be the most Tech Savvy thing to do. (Do this now for Xbox and you get results for "Xbox Play Anywhere" a console feature that is hassle free, almost but, again easier than searching for a sketchy emulator that may or may not work" Stop typing, Alex Ragu el segundo, keep reading it gets good.)
You could be an elderly person that wanted to download some classics for your grandchildren but, alas you've never once actually went to another site other than Facebook and may click on every single damn AD that shows it's ugly head, yes you guessed it right little Alex Rango the 2nd, Virus Fueled AD's and downloads claiming Grandma and Grandpa got a Virus and needs to download their virus infected program to fight and kill the Viruses you don't have, crazy right?
Now, by the luck of the Gods they actually did it, they managed to find an emulator that is legit and managed to find a website that isn't Emuparadise that got half their roms/isos removed or Coolroms that wants you to download an extension to download an exe installer for their roms. Don't get me started on all of those "false [rom name].exe" files you may see randomly download when trying to actually download the true rom file. Grandma or Grandson may go ahead and "install" this "False rom.exe" and wait for it, again get a Virus Fueled download. On the other hand yea, you can say they have an anti-virus program installed, but who's to say they will catch everything?
Now, they need to understand how to configure the emulator, for group SNES, easy load and play with minimum effort to change the settings. Let's look at group YuZu (Switch Emulator) holy crap so many bugs and options to change to get a game to run, what the game is missing half of the graphics and its running at 5-10 fps what trickery is this? Well dang they quit and bought a switch after saving for a few months and loaded the game and it runs beautifully. How about group PS1, holy cow, even more options, wait what is a BIOS file and where do you get that from? What, I need to download some plugins just to make one game run? Oh dang, you lost another one to the PS mini, Alex Rango the secundus.
Now, Alex Rango 二番目, I know what your thinking, "what i am saying is that you can find tutorials as old as to be uploaded 2007 that tell you how to install an emulator. this "game" is cashgrab for brainlets, like you".
Okay let's see, oh you lucky dog, Znes's last and final release was in 2007. I guess you wont have compatibility issues. Now let's look at something that isn't SNES. In the summer of 2007 ePSXe announced that they were going to continue development on their Emulator. This means, v1.6.0 would be the version from 2003 - 2007 and 2008 would be v1.7.0. I am going to be pretty literal here and say that grandma found a guide on how to run ePSXe from 2007 in 2019.
Oh my gosh, this isn't working but why not, Rango Alex секунда says you can find guides from 2007 to setup your emulator in 2019 and it's not working? Well, grandparents and young adults that's because in 2019 ePSXe is in v2.0.5, that is quite a big leap in versions isn't it? That would be a major compatibility problem. A pretty "6 IQ mongrel" and "brainlet" thing to suggest or to even do, am I right Alex Rango dubeonjjae? Hey, let's not forget to mention the compatibility issues with CPU's and any hardware your using in your computer.
Emulators can be very finicky, let's look at system requirements. Now I don't have to say that running SNES or PSX is fairly easy on all PCs and Most Phones now but for those it really is easy. Let's those and look at YuZu.
System Requirements
OS: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64bit versions only)
Processor: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2 GHz, AMD FX 8120 @ 3.9 GHz.
Memory: 8 GB RAM.
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 | AMD Radeon R9 290, with 3GB VRAM or better
Storage: 21 GB available space.
Now let's start building grandma and her grandson that awesome computer to play a emulator!!
CPU | [Intel Core i5-3470 3.2 GHz Quad-Core Processor]| $119.99 @ Amazon
Motherboard | [MSI H61M-P21 (B3) Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard]| $73.65 @ Amazon
Memory | [Patriot Signature 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3-1600 Memory]| $29.99 @ Amazon
Storage | [Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive]| $34.85 @ Amazon
Video Card | [EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3 GB Superclocked Video Card]| $365.00 @ Amazon
Case | [Rosewill RANGER-M MicroATX Mini Tower Case]| $25.98 @ Amazon
Power Supply | [LEPA N 500 W ATX Power Supply)| $37.99 @ Amazon
Operating System | [Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit]| $98.99 @ Amazon
| Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts |
| Total | $786.44
A whopping $790 to play a game you still can't get max performance on because emulators just are not optimal and the games are not stable or compatible with the emulator OR your system. Now tell me, as a grandparent or parent who's in the market to get their grand/child a game or gaming console. What looks better?
Gaming Computer: $790.00
Nintendo Switch: $199.00 - Walmart
Yes Alex Rango de seconde I know you have to buy the games now for your $200.00 console, but those games work. They are compatible, they are purchasable on release. Don't have to wait for the ISO or in this case, the NPS file to be uploaded and you may have to wait weeks to months for the YuZu team to patch bugs that are causing graphical issues or frame rate studdering or loss just so you can play it.
So, the easy thing to do if your Mommy or Grandpa would be to not destroy your $300-$1,000 Computer or Laptop with a Virus (Alex Rango the 2nd stop right there, I know what your thinking. "jUsT rEeEiNsTaLl WiNdOwS oR sOmEtHiNg." Silly Rango Alex la deuxième, they're not Tech Savvy like us, they will just go and try to buy another Computer, that wouldn't be very Tech Savvy would it?) is to buy a discounted Console off of Facebook or some Walmart Special deal and buy you that little Disney game that would of costed Daddy and Grandma their entire check, of course speaking as if your a lower to middle class consumer obviously. What high class consumer would stoop so low as to steal what they can afford, right?
Do I need to continue to Part Two - The Cost of Living, which isn't as easy as you claim it to be, wenig Alex Rango der Zweite? Because I don't feel like typing anymore haha. So again as I said in my first post.
Errors, "Not everyone knows about emulators or is as tech savvy as you or I to setup emulators. This appeals to that audience, this is also released on the PS4, Xbox One and Switch for those who don't have PC's to get emulators on or who don't know how to set them up on their phones."
This is my last and final reply to you Mr. Alex Rango II, I hope you have a great week, it's Monday time to start the week strong. Please make sure you get something better to eat other than "breadcrumbs".
Have a great week, buddy. : )

i can't belive that you
A:wrote all that
B:actually believe that you need a medium-high end gaming PC to play emulators
you don't need 8gb of ram to emulate a snes game, you don't need a fucking i5 to emulate a snes game, you certainly DON'T need 1tb of storage to emulate a snes game
i've emulated multiple snes games on me mom's old ass laptop back in 2010, people have been emulating snes games since the late 90's, not only that, you can currently emulate snes and genesis games on your PHONE, and don't tell me "people are poor and don't have PCs or phones"
then were are you playing the fucking game at? you don't have a shitty motorolla phone, or a shitty 2000s laptop/pc but you have a ps4?
fuck off mate, you absolute fucking RETARD

I wasn't just talking about the SNES or Genesis if you actually read the post, I was speaking of all types of emulators, I clearly stated that anything can run the SNES or anything that's related to it's emulation power. Getting into the PS3/PS2/Switch/WiiU/PSP/GameCube/N3DS type emulators, you need something more beefy.
So, don't throw around insults when you clearly didn't read anything or don't know what your talking about.

hey guys! here's the gameplay! so for what it is is not bad, it has both Genesis and SNES versions of each games and handheld versions as well. the display options are ok and the filters are nice but obviously with an emulator you can have better quality thanks to shaders but this is intended to casual audience i guess so it's ok although what Disney should do is a remake of both games like they did with Castle of Illusion .......but i guess they're short of money.

Yeah, Castle of Illusion was the best remaster ever, even better than Ducktales.
But this one, I'm not sure we need it... I really loved playing Aladdin on Megadrive back in 1993, but it doesn't seem this brings anything new to the table.

With the multiple filters and multiple versions of each games included I guess it makes sense why it would be that big people really need to stop with the stuck up attitude yes there is emulation true but there are people who would also prefer either physical or an official way to play these classics on modern hardware.
Why people feel the need to comment if they supposedly don't care baffles me your not impressing anyone with the snarky criticism...
