The game works fine but when I restart it or just goto the menu the game saves my money, computer wallpaper, and any room I buy. But it erases all systems, all tables, and it doesn't save my hunger level. Anyone know a fix for this or is it out of our hands?

Well yes, he plays a lot of tycoons and simulators so he actually spends a lot of these 10 min in learning/discovering/tinkering the game that sometimes it feels rushed (he obviously skips and edits a lot of the vid getting rid of the boring/tedious parts) instead of making the vid longer. Its just a little confusing sometimes.
Aite i "fixed it, what you need to do is literally open the game and then wait like a minute or two(or even 5 minutes if you're paranoid) and then continue the game and it should load ezpz in 2 secs. Weird fix but it works
