If I can get the (Crack Only) file for the game because I can't re-download the whole set-up again ... the problem is on the (codex64.dll) get deleted everytime from the antivirus automatically I didn't notice that so I just deleted the set-up to save some space and then I launched the game. So I downloaded the parts and installed it as usual, let the setup copy the CODEX things into the install folder and all. But when I want to start the game I have a quick black screen and it closes without warning. The Windows Event Manager says it's the codex64.dll that is faulty. I've made sure to block the WWE2k20 folder and Setup Path from the Windows Security, otherwise it's automatically deleting the codex64.dll for being a "virus". I've also tried to reinstall it without the Setup putting the Codex files in and do it manually with the same result. Anyone have any idea how to fix that?

I did this by right clicking the clock, selecting adjust date/time, turning off "set time automatically", clicking change, and setting it to Jan 30 2019. It still doesn't work.
This is a common first time error, if you delete the save folder for 2k20 C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Steam\Codex\ (I don't remember which ID folder it is, if you only have one its that one) and relaunch the game it'll be a "fresh install" and you'll have access to all the titles. Its annoying but it has to be done.
I just recently refunded on steam even after all the newest patches. Even with the new updates it's still a buggy mess that crashes constantly. Ya'll are better off sticking with 2k19 until the patches are all done. Maybe then they will crack the game. I don't blame any group for waiting.
No they didn't because i just unlocked it. What i did was typed the stuff in Steam_Emu. I assume you know what it is already. Then i unplugged my ethernet cable and started WWE 2K20 then plugged it back in before pressing start. (For some reason it didn't work on wifi) Then i started the game by pressing F3, keep pressing it for about 8 seconds and you should see a loading sign and then you should be able to go into 2k originals and play the dlc.
i stand corrected, it did work until the newest update. choosing either 2K Originals or Community Creations leads to the game crashing. IDK if it's the crack/update, whatever but it has broken the DLC for cracked games.
I broke down and bought this game. There are a couple small bugs but the game is nowhere near as shitty as youtube shows it to be. Guess they must have fixed quite a few bugs. The MyCareer is odd but still fun, though I kinda think 2K19 had a slightly better story. Hope you are into divas cuz your guy is basically just comic relief and your diva is pretty much the real star. Showcase is hard as F***!! cuz it expects you to do a million objectives which makes every match drag on for a lifetime. The 2nd match literally has 16 objectives to unlock everything. 16 goddam objectives on match 2... Bump in the Night has badass costume unlocks that also seem to affect their entrance. Also has its own Showcase. I got the game and DLC 50% off on Black Friday. I don't expect everyone to agree (get ready to click Downvote) but if you can get a 50% off or more sale, I recommend it. Sorta... kinda... See, the biggest pain for me is the way the game disables Reversals and allows the AI to beat your ass, then re-enables reversals. That shit is not ok at all. Phony-ass "difficulty". Plus when I got to Jerry the King in MyCareer, I beat shit up n down his leg in a major way for a long LONG time and he just keeps kicking out. There is a 0% chance I'd be able to kick out after taking that kind of damage. Complete bullshit. Aside from that and noticeable spasmic hair physics and the fact using a CAW in a custom-created Arena has an eternal load bug, I really don't have any other complaints. Doesn't look like igg is about to bother with updates so buying it is the only way to play it without issues. If what I just said sounds good, that's what you can expect from the game so far.

That's a glitch that happens when you install the bump in the night dlc, only way to fix it is delete your save or reinstall. So it's either no titles or The Fiend.
Hope the new patch can come out together with the old patch. This game literally really bad without those patch. Couldn't play mycareer, royal rumble can't eliminate, there's only 1 championship. Hope Admin can faster find a way to release those patch.

I get stuck when talking to Natalya to start my diva match right after the high school nonsense ends. It's the same deal as initially starting MyCareer, just need to try to load it a few thousand times till it decides it feels like loading, which I most certainly don't have the free time to waste on. Game's mostly unplayable without the 1.02 update which has been out for over 2 weeks.
The only thing I can recommend is turning your resolution down. With a cracked game you can never be quite sure why a game goes slow motion, but the first step is always to lower resolution until your benchmark runs at least average of 50 fps. That may not fix it though. I had serious issues getting JumpForce to run decently (that's where my name comes from). Last resort maybe see is MSI Afterburner can add clock speed and maybe give a few more frames, assuming you know how to use it (if not, don't use it). Since the game is also not well optimized, it might demand a TON of ram in its current state. I have that covered, so my game can run fairly well (in Showcase, at least).
Well, first you need to unplug your net (ethernet wire/cable) or unplug your modem so all connection to the web is cut off. Simply blocking the game with your firewall won't work, at least not Windows Defender. Also, you will have a hell of a hard time getting MyCareer to work. It took me like 2 hours of retrying to get it to work once and it ended up going back to eternal loading on another loading screen after I played it till I saw Natalya. Also, don't try to do anything in MyCreations, like make a CAW and play Universe, for example. Hard crash. And you can't create a championship, so just leave all creation stuff alone unless you manage to get MyPlayer/MyCareer to actually load. I successfully edited my characters and played that mode, eventually. 90% of the game is uplayable until we finally get the 1.03 update.
Cuz you didn't drag the files in the CODEX folder into the main game folder and overwrite. Until you replace the main game files with the stuff in the CODEX folder, it will always try to run the game using the Steam app ID instead of just using the game's .exe.

Tell you the truth I bought this game the past 2 years, but WWE2k17, I had the codex version , and yes it let me download the CAWS i remember. Also if you block this with firewall you can't use the Fiend. So it's downloading the update to use the Fiend it says when i got him first time.

I copied and pasted the folder into that location and while it DID fix the glitch I had with stables and championships, when I go to the 2K Originals and the Bump in the night towers, it keeps saying I need to purchase it. How do I get around this?
Yes, it unlocks today, you have to be connected to the internet and then open WWE2k20. The main loading screen will take 10-25 minutes to load, but after that, it’ll be unlocked. You can only play it while online though so I recommend grinding it out in 1 sitting to unlock everything else for offline use.
An easier and quicker way is to find the steam_emu.ini file in your game folder, open it, find the line that reads "DLCUnlockall 0" and change it to "DLCUnlockall 1", then save. Then start your game disconnected from the internet like usual, and once in, connect back...you have to be online to play the Bump in the Night towers.
1 tips .. close internet when you start the game . after past the main loading screen . connect back your internet . then manually click check for Live Update (F1) :D
Do you have to do something specific to get the online to work? My internet is fine and works for all other games but can not get this game to connect to online at all so I can get the BITN dlc. Anytime I press f1 to update it just pops back up and says press f1 to update but will never actually update. If I go online and search for a match it says something about a network error and cant connect. Super infuriating that it seems like other people can get this dlc to work but I can not.

Am connected to the internet when I open game and then game takes forever to get to main menu and then when finally does and I go to the originals it still shows needs to be purchased but I have all the other dlc and everything unlocked so I have no idea what to do. is anyone else experiencing slow animations? i tried this game and it runs utterly smooth on my pc in 4k at 60fps(i have ryzen 7 1700, 16gb ram, and msi rx480 8gb) but the animations are sluggish while everything else runs smooth, fps stays at 60, and its being run from a 500gb m.2 ssd

I have core i5-9300H, GTX 1650 and 32 GB of RAM. The best fps I got is 19-20 fps, at lowest graphic settings. With normal setting, it 9 fps... At least I am entertain with character creation while listening to cool music, I suppose.
Yes the game have a shitty optimization but with my i3 8100 8gb ddr4 ram and gtx 1060 6gb I have 60fps and 20-30 fps in 4K (Entrance). In the ring 4k I don't remember but it should be at least stable 30fps. The problem is maybe the game but I think that it should be their settings.
Man, I spent hours making my CAW/CAS for the Universe mode, just for it to be broken as well. My wrestler is a 92 overall, but in the Universe mode it's a 36 (all 0 stats) to top it off, he has no moves on (despite the fact I spent HOURS combing through the move set to find what I wanted) and when trying to wrestle I can't attack, have 2 counters and if I try to run, I fall over and get hurt. This game is so beyond broken. I've played alpha builds in better shape than this game is LMAO!

I believe it adds some starting currency and attribute points. Not 100% sure. I was able to buy around 30+ loot boxes. Using both the silver and gold currency with what it starts you out with. Which is separate from the other currency you earn from matches outside MyPlayer. It's kinda weird.
Actually, the best looking model is Keith Lee for some reason...him and Jerry Lawler, of all people. Weird that they look better than the freakin' cover models but it's true.

Can't even play the game. I've downloaded it and overlooked that it only supports Windows 10. Saw someone mentioning that it also works fine on Windows 8.1. I can assure you it doesn't run on Windows 7. Also saw alot of comments already that it's really bad. The game on Steam already has a mostly negativ review. Thank god I didn't preorder it or bought it for PC because I'm not going on Windows 10 just for this underdeveloped monstrosity. Now I can enjoy my two friends that bought the Collectors Edition for 120€ rage for the next day. Burning money at it's finest... Also huge red flag was that Yukes dropped out of development for the game. Seems like they were the develoment part that actually made the games playable for all those years.
win 10 is not bad tho. It's really stable, performance wise it's just as win 7, more games will be compatible and win10 windows defender is just godlike. There is no reason to stay on win7.
I just don't want to spend the time again getting around the start menu and configurate everything to my liking again. Shit takes forever to get around properly. My eyes were burning after opening the start menu on my friends pc and still have no clue how to get around on there xD It's just so much unnecessary stuff in there that pisses me off. Just a PSA; we can apparently access the Community Creations with this game as well. I just tried and got on just to see if I could. Nothing there yet, of course, but I got on.
You are indeed correct, but it makes sense in a way. If most of the bugs from 2K19 are still present in 2K20, stands to reason some of the exploits would be as well. If anyone tries it, patience is needed...when I first tried to connect, it took about 3-4 minutes to load with me watching a loading screen, but it eventually did load. I didn't go offline to load my game...it took over five minutes to load the game, but it eventually did with the towers wanting to be downloaded. EDIT: Played again. still connected to the internet, but this time took me over 10 minutes for the initial loading screen to finish and let me play. Next time I'll try starting the game offline and then replacing the ethernet cable after the game boots up...see if that works better.

There is a MASSIVE glitch\bug with the title management stuff in the overall game and in universe mode specifically, only the SD champion appears on all options, meaning you cant add title matches and stuff like that to universe mode since its bugged, and crashes the game, holy shi* what happened? Gameplay is fun as always, but holy hell that glitch is bad, like really bad.
Worst WWE game ever made! They took out so many features added shit ones. I could go on for days on how trash this title is. Here is some advise to those who want to buy this mess.....DONT! This needs to be burried deep and never spoke of again..... (To those who wish to know why the game wont launch its because you need to be offline. Even then I had a major issue if you play with a CAW the match will load in a loop.....so many bugs and issues)
To fix the endless loading issue, you can add a new rule each for Inbound Rules and Outbound Rules in 'Firewall with Advanced Security'. Find WWE2K20_x64.exe and block it, then no need to unplug ethernet cable.
Cant seem to get the game started past Intro. Get "some online features may be unavailable due to network issues" Press OK, or something like that. Press Ok and it just hangs there with a spinning load wheel. Any Ideas how to get passed that part?

I would if i could, i have Windows 10 but it wont install on my partition. The only version of windows i have ever had problems installing by the way. Googled it, found i needed to download this program to change the disk to a different format, which worked, and then another problem stopping it installing. Googled again, and you had to CMD it and do all this stuff, so i gave up

EA makes the greediest sports games but at least they are FUNCTIONAL and look good. This on the other hand? Last years entry was completely broken on launch and the pc port still sucks to this day but at least it's playable. This one looks like a damn ps2 game from what i've seen. As for the pseudo mtx, basically the game has packs that you can buy with in game currency that unlocks random stuff, from costumes to entrance moves, ring moves, win poses, entrace music and boosts. It's pathetic
I wouldn't go as far as saying it looks like a PS2 game. (I think many people forget just how bad the WWE titles look back then compared to now) it is still really bad and a massive step back from last year as far as a LOT of things go. 2k19 will likely be the last title I buy. I'm done supporting 2k and their crap ports. Bring on the rival AEW title any time now. It'll likely be done by Yukes media and at least be a step up from 2k20.

I didn't go offline to load my game...it took over five minutes to load the game, but it eventually did with the towers wanting to be downloaded.
EDIT: Played again. still connected to the internet, but this time took me over 10 minutes for the initial loading screen to finish and let me play. Next time I'll try starting the game offline and then replacing the ethernet cable after the game boots up...see if that works better.
