literally a progress stopping bug on the "final" (CIA) game. it's not copy-protection related, it's a simple glitch where an enemy generating skull can't be attacked and thus, blocking. It has been fixed on the Steam version. I consider buying this game but not only it's overpriced but for a hack and slash game, this game is too repetitive compared to the likes of, Nier Automata, despite Travis Strikes Again has great, parodic story that is immersive. There are frustrating parts here and there (such as enemy that can cancel your special attack, cannot upgrade battery, that insta-kill demon head at the second game Life is Destroy, and each game overstays its welcome) that doesn't make me want to repeat playing the game although i'm avoiding myself to be spoiled.
It's not as awesome as the previous 2 and their remasters, but since it's FRICKEN FREE, I'm not be an ungrateful bitch about it like the majority who may or may not have even played it. It's alright. It's missing bizarre world building Suda 51 is famous for, but I wouldn't pass on it. Picky pirates... Bruh... WTF are y'all doing?
Nah it does have world building, in fact this is why half of the game is a CODEC (as in MGS)-like visual novel of some sorts, played it to the near end until a progress stopping bug that has been fixed on the Steam version. The world building amazes me in fact. It's just the game is too repetitive and sometimes too frustrating. I would consider buying this game but naw, better i buy Nier Automata.
Have they? I might give it a look if that's true about the Steam update. I guess I was expecting NMH1 style story since Grasshopper had some time. Not much of a let down cause I like a hack-n-slasher. Just missing my Suda 51 near Gianax fix. heh.
Can someone help?
