Not sure the point of this upload if you don't include the H-Patch, which is steam client based. The upload should have been made AFTER including those files into the package as the end-user cannot access the patch, having not purchased the game.
The torrent version has zero nudity and is absolutely pointless because there's no 18+ patch included (there's an 18+ patch availible on Steam.) Maybe the Google Drive version is different, but the torrent version definitely doesn't have the patch, because if you look in the images, all the sex scenes are completely blacked out.
