its ok/meh the gameplay have much to desire however but the main reason is getting good reviews is because this was made on a engine who is mostly exclusive to play doom 1 & 2 mods another example if you want something like this is Total chaos just make sure to set the correct settings that shit is the most specs demanding mod i ever played
i play it for a few hours and like i said its ok but the gameplay could have been better Total chaos is hard as fuck but worth it inquisitor is literally hexen meets diablo i mostly play Project brutality 3.0
