This is for those who got ask for activation key. I assume you did not copy the Data folder along with the crack. You must copy both into the game directory for it to work.
Better tutorial, go to the firewall(control panel), click advanced settings, and create an inbound and outbound rule for (wherever you installed it)/rome.exe .
Because I can't find it in the download file.
