It’s false positive. The method used to crack games is similar to the method used to code malware! Anti-virus programs will detect the crack as a virus and delete it, even though it isn’t!
Great game. Got it over Apple Arcade and played it 3 times till now and i still didn't get every Achievment. Yes, it's a short game but you can and should (at least imo) played it multiple times. It has a lot charming.
These are one of the few developers I do support. They got me with Machinarium so I continue to support their smaller games so they have the money to make the bigger ones. They're a good group.
