yeah you'd probably have to have a big mind(ustry) to think that a boss that can literally fly past your defences and start deleting your supply chains behind it is fair
other than the steam workshop and steam servers, both versions are identical. So do you mind enlightening me with what "feature" the itch version is missing?
Maybe the easy-multiplayer, but I'm not sure you can get it working with a steam emulator. But what you don't get by cracking the game is the ability to change your name. Itch and Steam has the same features (if you don't count the steam-only features), but steam removes the name change. It's tied to your steam account (in this case, the game cracker: CODEX)
You can change your name in a cracked game, you just have to edit the player name line in the steam_emu.ini (or steam_api.ini or steamconfig.ini etc). I know this is an old thread but someone can find this usefull. here is an example.
This game is already free on http://Itch.io, where it was originally published. The Steam version only has upcoming workshop support and achievements, everything else is the same. The Mobile version, Steam version, and http://Itch.io version are all mechanically identical. Support the devs if you want to, but there's no need to pirate the game. It's already completely free on it's mother platform, and is constantly updated. If you have the spare dollars to give them, they appreciate every cent.
That'ts two things Dumbass, and their both wrong. The Multiplayer doesn't work through this, and the graphics are identical. The multiplayer is done through steam, which not only is routed through a fake steam account, but if you try and link a real account, you'll be told to purchase the game, or succeed only to have your real account VAC banned. The graphics, meanwhile, are updated on ALL platforms. PC builds first, Mobile second. Don't be an asshole if you don't know what you are talking about.
You can pretty much by pass the steam Multiplayer if u know how to use IP linking also lan works well was able to play with a friend also the graphic overhaul makes it feel much more "fit for the game". Lets not forget the updates that balance the game and make if more fun
you forgot to mention a normal multiplayer system with a server browser, and not an ip only system with incudes port fowarding. not that it matters if you grab it from here
late reply but I think you misunderstood. I just said that steam version has this browser like any other game often has, but the other versions have only access to a more direct way of connecting, think risk of rain 1. there is no real "danger" in putting IP there when you try to connect to someone else using the same game. Pirates are fighting agains denuvo and what it is doing, not doing what it does instead (of course this game got no denuvo but just an example). and even then, why would you try to do that this way on cracked version if the free versions have the same functionality? all I said was: yes, you are right, technicaly the versions on http://itch.io and others are the same, but steam version has a server browser unlike the others with only have a direct ip system. but most likely it won't work anyway here. like, the only reason to try and do multi here if there was some kinda MP crack avaible with would allow you to connect to cracked version of server browser. with is a thing that exists in places. not here tho, I think
i've played the mobile version but it's a bit hard to play if you are not on tablet. also the mechanic to cancel and stuff is a bit hard. now it's on pc it should be much easier also, this game is somewhat factorio with wave-based defense and time attack.
