I still have this game on an external HD i have the developer made full color option not sure if that is still availaible it was a very rare file not many downloaded it.I hope they just added it to the game by now i got sick of the black and white
To anyone who having flickering/missing textures problem. I recommend you to download Peixoto, this programm fixed most old games problem running on modern graphic cards and windows 7 and above. First download and extract it anywhere. Open Peixoto folder and double click on Peixoto batch file to run it. Then on left side in games list, you need to scroll down and find I am alive and click it. Here you can see some other fixes. Find missing texture and tick it. Press create shortcut and Press Play and you need to choose your game exe destination for me it's C\Games\I Am Alive\src\SYSTEM\IAmAlive_game.exe. After that you can run your game with newly created shortcut on you desktop. This method also works on steam version of I Am Alive game! Open it and look for RunValidation=True and change the word True with False, then save the file with the new word and run the game.
Sorry for late response but I also downloaded today and got the fix there is crack folder in that copy the "IAmAlive_game.exe" to the directory folder mine is - C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\I Am Alive\src\System there you will replace the "IAmAlive_game.exe" from the crack folder. Yes at first I also copied the file in I am alive folder and got error about the dll's and when I was clicking at launcher it was asking for serial key. I have wrote this for future players and for you too if you have hope to play this game...
