My game stopped working because it needs steam_api.dll even though I had it cracked. Does anyone now a fix for this issue?????

I did everything right to install "Tomb Raider", but for some reason Steam opens and asks me to buy the game. THERE IS NO "CODEX" file or anything like that on anything I downloaded, even with antivirus turned off. There is also nothing in my quarantine.

I have downloaded all 7 parts, from mega, and tried to open them: Error! And then some bla bla about File 5 create errors. Then I throw part 5 away and downloaded part 5 from KumpulBagi. I replaced it and then there was an error about part 6. As i replaced that there was an error with 7, and then with 4. Then i downloaded ALL parts from KumpulBagi and tried to open it. "Error! theres something blablabla with part 5". HELP!!! I mean i get an .iso but its worthless because the installer only say that there are no Files.
