This aging game (2003) has become way too difficult to install, make it work on modern computers, AND then mod the hell out of it. I give up. Even if I succeeded eventually, it's taking so much time that it's just not worth it anymore. It reminds me of Richard Burns Rally, which was the king of rally for 15 years but eventually got so complex to setup that Dirt Rally 2 became naturally the first choice. In this case, I can assure you you'll have more fun with https://igg-games.com/ground-934616743-branch-free-download.html, and MAYBE https://igg-games.com/zero-187118727-hour-free-download.html (I haven't played it long enough though, but it does seem good too.) Ground Branch is clearly THE spiritual successor of the first three Rainbow Siege games. And it's an all-in-one solution, no need for patches, cracks, or even mods yet, you just download and play, period. If you can't afford to waste time and want to play right away, it's the best solution at the moment. Not saying that Raven Shield is bad at all, though. It doesn't feel so outdated (especially with mods), and is very fun, like all first Rainbow Six games. But just, good luck setting this up. By the way, for those interested, you don't really need Rainbow Six 1 or 2, since you can download all of their maps for Rainbow Six 3. Hello IGG, hopefully you see this, but it seems the CD variant of this game does not work--at all on Win 7 to 10. I hope its not too much to ask, but could you upload a setup.exe variant instead of the CD one.
