Game works if you copy your steam_api* files from any other IGG release into the folder.

I don't know what to tell you, man. Did you copy and overwrite both the steam_api.dll and steam_api64.dll with those from another release? Because that's exactly what I did and it fixed the problem.

Already specified by the former comments, but this game has a File error that makes the game unable to run, please fix this if possible.

Yep, same here. I'll try to look for a working crack or something.
Or maybe, using SmartSteamEmu will work? I'm gonna try.
Edit: nope, SSE didn't help. I'll look for another solution.
