found a fix for save bug: first, use notepad to open your smartsteamemu.ini file in game folder change these lines: Persist = 0 to Persist = 1 InjectDll = 0 to InjectDll = 1 Offline = 0 to Offline = 1 StorageOnAppdata = 0 to StorageOnAppdata = 1 OnlineMode = 1 to OnlineMode = 0 changing those allows me to finally save the game. If you followed the steps but still unable to save, try opening your steam client first before launching the game.

Yeah, but the guy posting there is using Dutch language, I'm using English. He also said if he runs Steam as Admin it works. Dev says he has new version in Steam/Beta option, but you have to have bought it to get to the beta. So maybe the original person who shared this with IGG can ge tht version to us all..... I tried running the launcher as admin already, didn't help. If the game wasn't so damn expensive ($20) I'd buy it. But for what it is, that's not worth it to me.

the last beta branch was out over a year ago
drop it in to IGG-Black.Closet\game and replace.
