they are fictional. you cant stream video over secured networks without getting your ip leaked because of javascript... so im 100% sure there are none.
this one is a fake real red rooms (if they even exist in a larger quantity) aren't public, the only way you could find them is knowing someone that could share the link with you you want find it just searching random dir's

Sites which give you access to Red Rooms for Bitcoin (or any other currency) are a scam. and the Tor Network is full of scams because people can hide their identity and usually can not backtrace payments. also you wont get your money back. What you wanna say to who? The cash would be g o n e. and dont ignore the fact i told before streaming/watching Videos on Tor can leak your ip what nobody using those clients would risk.
