Sexual content, though voice acted (in english) and has some nice looking animated CGs, is average at best. Bullet hell was okay, but I got bored of it after 30 mins.
632 MB to download, but the game takes up 3.5 GB. Play to satisfy your curiosity, but it's not worth keeping in your HD imo.
