Can't go past the prologue, screen goes black

After I finish the prologue, the screen goes black and I try to exit the game and this message appears:

Cant go past the opening. Am I the only one?

I can't complete the setup :( When it says it's complete, it says it the setup has stopped working. And the game won't start. Any advice?
