Denuvo may not be the only issue...isn't this supposed to require a constant online connection, even for single player. I think it's because this is one of those Games as a Service models.
I looked at a few reviews and didn't see anything about that, but I did see all the complaints about enemy health bars, useless AI partner and level locking missions and enemies.
