As always, they give you an extra file with all the cracks in them which lets you bypass Steam. All you have to do is copy what is in the PLAZA files, paste, and replace if needs be in the appropriate areas. If you make a desktop icon it should be easy to open the file location. PLAZA named its file cracks the same as the file names of the game. From there it is just about copying the right stuff and pasting in the right place.

I mean.... My rx 580 reaches 90C regularly, 102 on the vrm's, but that is because It's overclocked heavily, at stock a gpu shouldn't be more than 75C under load, you should check if there's any dust on it, and that it is getting proper ventilation, also, that it's not a blower style and has 2 fans.
I have run the game a couple of times sucessfully with no internet. The last time I had internet connection. After that the system keeps saying Steam App is needed. I uninstalled the game and installed it again but it made no difference. Do you guys happen to have any idea? Thanks.
to you, when u can't open the application. after run it. and nothing happens. in my case. my antivirus BITDEFENDER the cause of it. after uninstalling it. i can run the game normally. so u can try exclude the app, disabling antivirus, or uninstall the antivirus. EDIT= i can normally run the game after exlude the app in Bitdefender>Protection>ADVENCED THREAT DEFENSE>Setting>add exception. For those who is new to installing crack games .. here is a quick installation gude.. First you need to download these software in order to install the game properly 1.Winrar 2.Daemon Tools After you've done that right click on the part 1 of the rar files (after you've downloaded all the parts ofcourse) and click extract here (quick tips .. its easier to make a seperate folder for each game you want to install so it wont get mixed up..) After extracting you'll get a game folder .. open the game folder and you'll get an ISO disk (if you already installed daemon tools) Right click on the ISO disk and click on ''Open With Winrar'' and in there you'll see the setup etc.. and a crack folder drag that crack folder out to where your game iso disk is.. (name might differ depending on who's cracking it .. codex,plaza etc.. sometime its just named crack) And then lastly double click the Iso files and the launcher will open .. in the launcher they might give you an option to automatically install the crack files etc but i'd always insert the crack files manually just to make sure everything went correctly.. Last but not least .. open the Crack folder you just put in the ISO disk folder .. and copy paste all the content inside the crack files to your game's directory .. if you cant find your game's directory .. just simply right click on the game's desktop icon/launcher and click on ''open file location'' and then just copy and paste everything there.. and that's it, you can now enjoy your game, cheers! :)
For everyone wondering about multiplayer Lan Local YES IT WORKS. Just tested it. No other crack needed. Just host campaign from one pc and join with the other. No Steam nor multiplayer fix needed. You need to be in the same network.
I've heard rumors that they removed Denuvo from DLC, so it shouldn't be long. But if that rumor is false then it may never be cracked, who knows. Just keep refreshing I guess. If it still says 1.1.0 then it's likely not updated which means no DLC. Also, I can't remember if it's CA or Paradox that does it, or both. But sometimes they release a micro-fix right after a major patch, and that will be the last patch for a while, so crackers might also be waiting for that, no one knows.
It seems that i dont have the reigh of blood DLC.. although i installed the game using CODEX without copying any files and it worked really well for me.... if any one got the REIGN OF BLOOD DLC working please let me know how did u install.

Did you use the Iso Crack Folder? When you open the iso there should be a folder called CRACK. You're soppused to use that folder, not the other Plaza one.
You're supposed to do this when installing: First up have WinRAR and Daemon Tools Install all parts via GDrive Extract all parts into singular folder Open Iso file (largest file) using Daemon Tools And then there should be a rom disc. Open that, and you should see your Crack folder, your setup, and various other crap. Do the setup Go back to the Crack file in the rom disc Copy the CONTENTS of the crack file Paste that into the game files Bam

Really? I extract rar files, so there was the .iso file when i lauched the .iso file it lauch the installation (setup.exe) but when game is installed it launch steam ( when i click on Three_Kingdoms.exe)
Ok. Good. For a rookie you did pretty well. Ok now Im going to assume that you still have the game files that you just installed via setup and also the rom disc. Go back to the Rom disc. There should be a folder called CRACK (Or Skidrow, Codex, etc. Generally something that doesnt belong) and open that folder. Now you should see a folder called launcher, and various other things. Copy all of them. Leave nothing behind. Go back to the game folder. During setup it should have made a folder, thats the one. Open that, and paste it inside. It will ask you to replace stuff. Say yes to everything. Your game has been successfully cracked!
Kind of annoying. I tried to mod it manually, and my game stopped launching, so I reinstalled it and now it won't launch. It also doesn't populate C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Three Kingdoms Yes I applied the crack, and yes I deleted that above mentioned directory before reinstalling. So it's either a directory that doesn't populate until runtime, which would mean I shouldn't worry about it, but still doesn't change the fact that suddenly the game wont launch! hah. When i try to run the game i get the black three kingdom screen and after 20 mins nothing, so i try to back out and it closes in error. i meet the minimum requirements according to canirunit. I also cracked all three parts. the opening page, the launcher folder, and the lib folder by replacing the dll and cdx files

Do you know something I don't? If you want to say "disable your antivirus or add the crack file as exclusion", "copy the crack file contents in the iso to the game dire" or "update the VS". I have done all that. Nothing works. Unless your crack file has a cracked exe somehow.
The crack file in the iso fixed everything for me, so I have absolutely no idea why 're getting this issue. The best guess I have is corrupted game files.
go to C:\Users\YOURNAME(*for me its ADMIN)\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\ThreeKingdoms\scripts then create a user.script.txt, then open it and type mod "your mod name.pack"; then save as endcoding unicode.

When you downloaded everything, mounted the iso and did the setup, there should be a program file installed on ur computer called TOTAL WAR Three Kingdoms or something like that. I'm gonna assume you did everything correctly. Go back to the Iso file mount. Its the CD thingy. There should be a folder called CRACK (Or Codex. Something like that). Open it and copy the CONTENTS of the folder, not the folder itself. Go back to the game program file and paste everything in. It might say something, just say yes to all, and you should be fine.

Ok, I will make a guide that will hopefully solve your issues. First things first delete the Total War Three Kingdoms game folder that the setup has created. Basically, delete everything apart from the .rar files. Since you're a noob, restarting should be easier than fixing it head on. Extract all of the .rar files into one folder. If you dont know how, highlight them all, right-click, click extract files, and click on the location where you wanna extract. Using Daemon tools, open up the iso file. Ignore everything else. After that you should have a rom disc. Click that, and execute the setup. After all that's done, go back to the rom disc file. Open the folder called CRACK (or Codex, or something out of the ordinary), and copy everything. Now go back to the game files. After the setup it should have installed a folder called Total War THREE KINGDOMS on your device. Open that folder, and paste. It will ask you something. Say yes to all. Bam, that should be it. Hope that helps :)

I had the same problem, so you have to open the PLAZA folder, go in there and you should see one folder name launcher, and denuvo6d, steamclient64, winmm, copy all of them to your game folder, then you should be able play the game, that is how I fixed my, hope it will help.
you installed the game right so you probably already mounted the iso with demon tools, instead of pressing double left click which would lead you to game install you press right click on it then open when it open it will show you one folder inside called CODEX open it and copy everything that is inside it then go to where you installed the game and past everything there it will ask you to owerite the files you choose copy and replace

It does not work in this case. I have the same issue. It keeps opening Steam. The video you posted has a cracked exe file. But in Three Kingdoms crack it does not have a cracked exe file. Just like the second picture @@sharkrazorblade:disqus showed. I have downloaded many cracked games from IGG, this is the first time the crack does not work.

I was bit disapointed on the political part since the first campaign you do as a beginner is to use a character good at politics.... welp, I prefered playing Tropico 6 in that aspect, lol

yes. cracked the page where the exe is by replacing the files gotten from the mounted iso plaza folder. then copied the launcher folder dll and pasted them in the corresponding launcher folder for the game, and lastly the lib folder dlls and pasted them into the game lib folder. all replaced. still get the black three kingdom screen. i even tried just doing the initial page with the exe and same problem
When I first launched the game, I a blackscreen. Since I have a slow computer a waited, and the page with the companies popped up. Then there was an intro and I got into the main menu. Chances are you might have to wait. If your mouse curser in the black screen is customized thats usually a sign of you being in the game. Try looking in Task Manager too. If the game is being run, then it should start working. Also for me I only pasted the contents of the crack into the game dire. I did nothing else. No reorgnization, no extra replacement, nothing.

Yes, but no. If you don't have a paid Mega Account than you can't download the file. After you download like 99% of the file MEGA will say that you will have to get a paid MEGA account or download their stuff in order to be able to download the entire file. If you're a free user, no, but if you're a paid user than yes.

Add full quota files to your google drive > Open your google drive > left click the full quota files > select copy > download the copy version of the file. I didn't write this. All credits go to Shiver Tone. I just decided to do this so it can reach and help more people. Basically if you can't download from GDrive you save the file to your GDrive. Make a copy of that saved file and download from there.

If you want to go freemium you have to download their crap or wait freaking four hours to download. That's a new low. If you have a MEGA account and it's a paid one than fine. Wait, I fixed. Follow my steps: First thing's first this should be how you've installed it:
You Downloaded all parts
You extracted all the parts into one folder
You got Daemon Tools to open it up
You did the setup After you've done the setup, do nothing. You might need to do the setup again in order to get a setup that's not messed with. Anyways, into the CD file thingy that you got when you used Daemon Tools there should be a folder called CRACK. This is important: Copy the CONTENTS of the crack. Not the crack folder but the contents. Left click on the crack folder, highlight everything and select copy. After that, go to the Game's directory. It's basically the game file. After you've done the setup there should be a Programs folder called TOTAL WAR Three Kingdoms or something like that. If you don't know what I'm talking about just right click on the Desk Top shortcut created during installation and click on Open File Location. Paste all of the contents of the Crack into the directory. Windows (or whatever software you're running on) will tell you that you'll have to replace crap. Say yes to everything, and then after you should be able to open and play the game just fine.

so im running into a strange problem. I start the game, a process is created (visible in taskmanager but no window or screen, just my desktop) the process functions normally until it reaches a value of 453 mb memory and then it just kinda stops. doesnt change anything anymore, no processor use, no drive use, nothing. it doesnt die either, it just doesnt do anything. anyone got any idea whats going on?
That's probably a problem with your computer/game rather than being IGG or installation-related. Try searching up this issue on the internet. You might find your answer there.

Maybe try reinstalling the game. You sure you did everything correctly? Downloaded all the parts and put them in the same folder? Cracked it correctly? Etc. Etc.? If not then my best guess is a that it's a computer related issue. I've heard a dude fix this by updating his Graphics Drivers, so try that. Maybe try updating Windows/Your drivers. Also check if your PC is actually able to run the game. Also Also, did you click on the right thing? What I'm saying here is that in some games, you launch it by clicking a .exe file. Sometimes it's a application file, and other times it's a launcher. Try looking for the correct file

Try adding the game folder in your antivirus's exluded list, So it doesn't scan it, And apply the crack again. By the way, Did you mount or extract the ISO file the one that comes from the archive files?

Ya basically just download. No scams, no ads, no nuthin'. The must that'll happen is that yu have to go through some crap to get the game goin' and you might see some of IGG's logo's on the games, but apart from that it's fine
No, that thing kept turning on even if I did not restart the computer. I disabled with gpedit.msc. Anyway, I just solved by installing latest nvidia drivers.
Maybe the language must be installed during the game installing. Language is not like updating options i think. But hey, that's how get the language works. Installing the game again with all language pack xD

Ok now Im going to assume that you still have the game files that you just installed via setup and also the rom disc.
Go back to the Rom disc. There should be a folder called CRACK (Or Skidrow, Codex, etc. Generally something that doesnt belong) and open that folder. Now you should see a folder called launcher, and various other things. Copy all of them. Leave nothing behind.
Go back to the game folder. During setup it should have made a folder, thats the one. Open that, and paste it inside.
It will ask you to replace stuff. Say yes to everything.
Your game has been successfully cracked!

Yes I applied the crack, and yes I deleted that above mentioned directory before reinstalling. So it's either a directory that doesn't populate until runtime, which would mean I shouldn't worry about it, but still doesn't change the fact that suddenly the game wont launch! hah. Installed the same way as I did the first time when it worked.
Are there some other Three Kingdom related files somewhere that I'm not aware of?

did u crack the lib and launcher folders as well by replacing the dll files and not just the part with the exe?

Go back to the Iso file mount. Its the CD thingy. There should be a folder called CRACK (Or Codex. Something like that). Open it and copy the CONTENTS of the folder, not the folder itself. Go back to the game program file and paste everything in.
It might say something, just say yes to all, and you should be fine.

First things first delete the Total War Three Kingdoms game folder that the setup has created. Basically, delete everything apart from the .rar files. Since you're a noob, restarting should be easier than fixing it head on.
Extract all of the .rar files into one folder. If you dont know how, highlight them all, right-click, click extract files, and click on the location where you wanna extract.
Using Daemon tools, open up the iso file. Ignore everything else.
After that you should have a rom disc. Click that, and execute the setup.
After all that's done, go back to the rom disc file. Open the folder called CRACK (or Codex, or something out of the ordinary), and copy everything.
Now go back to the game files. After the setup it should have installed a folder called Total War THREE KINGDOMS on your device. Open that folder, and paste.
It will ask you something. Say yes to all. Bam, that should be it.

Chances are you might have to wait. If your mouse curser in the black screen is customized thats usually a sign of you being in the game. Try looking in Task Manager too. If the game is being run, then it should start working.
Also for me I only pasted the contents of the crack into the game dire. I did nothing else. No reorgnization, no extra replacement, nothing.
If you're a free user, no, but if you're a paid user than yes.

Basically if you can't download from GDrive you save the file to your GDrive. Make a copy of that saved file and download from there.

How to fix it?? I already copy past the crack (file in PLAZA) in the game file but it still can't work..
First thing's first this should be how you've installed it:
After you've done the setup, do nothing. You might need to do the setup again in order to get a setup that's not messed with.
Anyways, into the CD file thingy that you got when you used Daemon Tools there should be a folder called CRACK. This is important: Copy the CONTENTS of the crack. Not the crack folder but the contents. Left click on the crack folder, highlight everything and select copy.
After that, go to the Game's directory. It's basically the game file. After you've done the setup there should be a Programs folder called TOTAL WAR Three Kingdoms or something like that. If you don't know what I'm talking about just right click on the Desk Top shortcut created during installation and click on Open File Location.
Paste all of the contents of the Crack into the directory. Windows (or whatever software you're running on) will tell you that you'll have to replace crap. Say yes to everything, and then after you should be able to open and play the game just fine.
Try looking up your issue in the FAQ page of this site. Should fix your problem
You sure you did everything correctly? Downloaded all the parts and put them in the same folder? Cracked it correctly? Etc. Etc.?
If not then my best guess is a that it's a computer related issue. I've heard a dude fix this by updating his Graphics Drivers, so try that. Maybe try updating Windows/Your drivers. Also check if your PC is actually able to run the game.
Also Also, did you click on the right thing? What I'm saying here is that in some games, you launch it by clicking a .exe file. Sometimes it's a application file, and other times it's a launcher. Try looking for the correct file
By the way, Did you mount or extract the ISO file the one that comes from the archive files?
Search it and see if you find it.
For now, Try disabling it by turning the real time protection to off, In the settings. Adding folders in the exluded list's the settings as well.

Anyway, I just solved by installing latest nvidia drivers.
After restart PC and take the last Drivers, the game work.
