hmmm it depend on the taste of where the developer are. in fact i should say it depend on what kind of taste that sell good on the region of the developer. that why h-game from japan mostly are about teenage, that look like a fantasy anime character. when in the west ...yeah that where people prefer milf and cougar. so if you want h-game that come with milf/cougar type, you may have to pray the god, that one day it will be the developer in the west make a proper h-game.
