Confused by the description/title of this one. Whats the series name? Detective Saburo Jinguji or Jake Hunter? Is Jake Hunter a localisation thing? Spinoff?

"Tantei(Dectective) Saburō Jingūji" in Japanese.
"Jake Hunter" in English.
Jake Hunter is the shitty localised 80's name for the main character

Is it just me who cannot run the install program? I've disabled everything I could but Windows kept telling me it won't run the setup because of virus (yes windows defender is disabled)
