This game is not bad, it's just... incredibly drab. Boring. Uninteresting. I don't know how else to describe it. The core gameplay is pretty standard, with a few mechanics sprinkled in like a slightly wonky melee system, plenty of flying around (reminds me of the Front Hazard game on SNES on steroids), and a really awful "secondary weapons only have a single mag, so good job buying that machinegun you can only use once per mission" mechanic. By itself, all that is not too bad, but the rough edges and little issues start to pile in and the almost-below-average level and enemy design doesn't help escape them. The story is... Well, it's an anime styled chinese game about giant mechs. At least the characters are decent, but don't expect anything engaging. The mech progression is also very "meh", with a trickle of little unlocks coming your way as you slog through the interesting-on-paper missions that all end up feeling pretty unremarkable. You can jump off the mech and run around, but barring a few sections that require/force you to do it, I don't see why you ever would. Anyways, if you're reaaally crazy about anime guys and gals, japanese-style mechas, and you have already played through the brilliant little gem called Damascus Gear: Operation Osaka (https://igg-games.com/damascus-gear-390613963-operation-osaka-hd-edition-free-download.html), then this can be a good time waster for a little while. Otherwise, play the aforementioned title and give this one a pass for now. P.S: The local multiplayer PvP mode seems like it could be fun, I wasn't able to test it with anyone but it gives you more variety straight on than playing the campaign for 4-6 hours.
sorry if I ask, can the download here be played online? as well as how to get the mecha at the Multiplayer -> Unlock Level without playing the Online Battle? (change the save data maybe?)
agree with the comment down below me its not bad but unless you are a hardcore fan of mechs, theres better options even those old school snes titles, metal warriors and front mission: gun hazard are better
they always list minimum space needed oin your hardrive so you have room to download the ZIP , and unzip the file. iof the game is 4 GB, the zipped file might be 3gb, ands then unzipped adds another 4 gb of files to your pc. so 7gb,. for a game with far less under the hood.
when i download it i extract it and then extract another file and then i had a setup file that make me install that game and it works .. No need To mount
It is the same or better on the keyboard and mouse, aiming with the control is a fucking shit, but with the mouse you feel god, you move and move without losing the objective and therefore enhance the DPS much better than with command, but for Fighting is a bit better control even if the game is super basic. In the end, the game is very simple, use the one you want, I doubt that someone will play in multiplayer, buy it and take time to find people and the games that can be played are very bad and they are super boring.
In the end it's just a matter of preference, For games such as this one, I'm more comfortable with a controller, And i do better in terms of gaming perforamnce.
If you buy it to play online, I better tell you that you better save your money on something good, because playing online is horrible, the story mode entertains and lasts for a while, but the VS mode is as bad as the anime fighting games .
What the heck does this has anything to do with fighting game ? It's not even the same genre at all Lmao And Smash beein superior because no combo to learn is the stupidiest argument I ever saw... It's like saying an Automatic car is better because you don't have to learn to use a gear shift on a Horse Race discussion.
